Second Chance {for Passionate Shadow}

"I meant that completely innocently, get your mind out of the gutter," Tristan said when Vincent made the comment about his birthday. He shook his head and then turned his gaze back to Matthew. "You can't go without me," he said as he kept his gaze on Matthew, less than intense because of the haze caused by the meds he'd taken. "...didn't have any plans to say anything to either of them."

"Then we'll hold off for about a week you should be okay by then. " Matthew said simply enough after assessing the youth's determination on the matter.

Vincent smirked. " Yes but I'd rather not be tempted. "

"Thank you," Tristan said when Matthew said that they would hold off for a week, his gaze lingering on the man before he gave Vincent a passing glance complete with an eye roll.

"Go on and take him away then. " Matthew offered gently so.

Vincent nodded and did just that wheeling his new 'pet' off to his own room.

Matthew on the other hand went up stairs in search of Rafe~

"That makes it sound like I'm in prison or something," Tristan felt the need to say in response to Matthew's words. He wasn't going to protest however because the meds made him tired and he was having a hard time holding his eyes open. "Still think it's wrong of you to give up your bed," he murmured as he was pushed along.

The twins were in their respective rooms upstairs, Crevan once again with the dog while Rafe was fussing around with a sketchbook.

Matthew knocked on Crevan's door and beckoned the youth out and bade him follow to Rafe's room where he knocked on the door frame.

"Raaaafe... Raaaafe~ Are you ready to read?" Matthew inquired softly to the youth.

Vincent shook his head. " Sounds like bed time for you mister... come on I'll help you get settle din. " and off Vincent took the smaller to go tuck him in to a bed.

Crevan was kind of startled and then kind of confused when Matthew appeared and beckoned him follow, the boy looking at the man for a few long moments before he got to his feet to follow. They made their way to his brother's room, which was still noticeably lacking in a door, and he stood back as Matthew called out to his twin.

Rafe was still on the bed, sketching things in the sketchbook that he'd gotten from the art room, when Matthew appeared. He briefly lifted his gaze to the man before going back to what he was doing.

"...I don't have a bedtime..." Tristan murmured in reply, the youth not really protesting other than that one idle comment. Not like he could put up much of a fight anyway, he was on pretty strong pain killers and he had no tolerance to such things. So they hit him hard.

"Now you do~" Vincent chirped cheerfully so as he helped him in to a bed.

"Rafe... don't you want to come read? Or have I been delegated to the reader this evening?" Matthew asked peering over at the book.

Tristan just gave him a look when he said that but the youth was too tired to really put up much of an argument. So he was going to relent in this instance though he was oddly cooperative when Vincent told him to do things.

Again Rafe looked up at the man. "I feel like you have better things to do," he said after a moment of consideration on the matter.

"And what better things can I do aside from spend some time with you and Crevan before bed?" Matthew asked gently so. He nudged Crevan in to the room gently so by his shoulder.
