Shower Consequences

Summary: Lorie was taking a shower and Natalie wanted her to hurry up because she had an ice skating lesson. This caused them to start arguing through the door. Joel tried to intervene, but Natalie wouldn't listen, and when Lorie came out, she was so angry she shoved Natalie. Well, now they're both facing the consequences...



[17:43] * Joel enters the naughty room, accompanied by Lorie and Natalie. It seems like he's coming here a lot lately. He shuts the door behind them, then turns to face them
[17:43] <Joel> So... let's review. Nat, you needed the shower, and Lorie, you were taking a shower, correct?
[17:44] <Natalie> "Y-yeah." She nods a little
[17:45] * Lorie shifts around nervously on bare feet, her pale skin still a bit wet. Blushing she asks. "C.. can i go get dressed?"
[17:46] <Joel> You may. But I expect you to come back THE MOMENT you are dressed, do you understand, Lorie?
[17:47] <Natalie> "If she didn`t take so long,she would of had time to get dressed!" >>;
[17:48] <Lorie> "Shut up it's all your fault." she says to Natalie, more afraid than angry now, but lashing out at the other girl
[17:48] <Joel> Girls, that is ENOUGH
[17:48] <Joel> Now look
[17:48] <Natalie> "Make me!" DX she yelled at her before she heard joel
[17:48] * Joel looks at Natalie with a blank expression. She had really said that. Oh dear, what a predicament...

[17:52] * Lorie swallows her answer and stands in place, looking at all the scary implements in this room. [17:55] <Joel> Lorie, you were taking a shower, but I imagine you already knew Nat had a skating lesson, so you were already going at a decent speed, am I correct?
[17:55] * Natalie stays quiet and listens
[17:56] <Joel> And Nat, you wanted Lorie to hurry up, as you kept insisting Lorie to do?
[17:56] <Natalie> "Yeah."
[17:57] * Lorie did not really hurry but she would be better up not mentioning it, even if she felt a little guilty. She did hurry up once she was annoyed after all
[17:58] <Joel> Now asking Lorie to do so once is acceptable, but asking repeated times is rude, Nat. You should have left Lorie alone to finish her shower. I imagine she understood your hurry
[17:59] <Joel> Instead, you kept pushing and pushing, resulting in an argument, and when I tried to end it, you refused to listen to me. That counts as defying an adult, Nat. I am disappointed to say the least
[18:00] <Joel> If you are going to be so insistent you go to your lesson on time, then as part of your punishment, I'm going to call your coach and say you're missing class today. I'm sorry, but that's the way it goes
[18:00] * Lorie was not happy about Natalie getting punished and knew her 'sentence' would be revealed too
[18:01] <Lorie> So she stood there with a sullen look on her face
[18:01] * Natalie felt bad but she didn`t want him to cancle practice. "I`m sorry,but please don`t let me miss class!" D:
[18:01] <Joel> As for you, Lorie, you argued with Nat, which was understandable, but still not acceptable. However, what drives the point home is that you physically shoved her. Physical violence is unacceptable

[18:02] <Joel> And Nat, its one single class. There will be many others for you to attend. I won't say why, but I'll make sure to throw in a good word
[18:02] * Lorie nods. "I'm sorry. I was just so annoyed, I never wanted to harm Nat." she says and really sounds sorry.
[18:03] <Joel> I'm glad you're sorry, Lorie. I'm glad that both of you understand the consequences of your actions. That does not change the fact that I will have to punish the both of you, though
[18:04] * Joel looks almost regretful here. He really, really does not like this part of his job. Alas, what is he to do? He likes it here, and he loves the inhabitants as brothers and sisters... and brothers and sisters watch out for each other, do they not? That's a lesson he's learned since day one
[18:04] * Lorie frowns and fidgits with the rim of her towel, the only shred of dignity she has left
[18:05] <Joel> Since I believe in fairness, Lorie, you go get dressed, then come back. When you come back, I will punish you both at the same time. That way, neither one of you will be one-upping each other, okay?
[18:09] * Lorie nods and hurries with a frown on her face and very nervously up to her room. The sorry brat whimpers and lets the towel fall to the flower. [19:59] <Joel> And remember Natalie: you're skipping practice today. I'm seeing to that. I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but that's part of the punishment Joel looks apologetic as he says this, but he's not going to go back on his word
[20:00] * Natalie nods,taking the tissue and wiping her eyes
[20:00] * Lorie pulls up her panties and jeans, she whinces as they tighly hug the sore curves of her bottom. She politely declines the kleenex. She had not really cried even if her eyes are a little wet.
[20:02] <Joel> Are you two going to be okay? I need to get back to my studies, unless you need anything else
[20:02] * Lorie nods. "I'll be allright."
