"Didn't I just-" Carole was saying but it was too late as he had dashed over to the farm and he jabbed the dagger into the giant. However, the giant wasn't done yet as it had its eyes now on Joseph but Carole quickly jumped in and finished the giant off with by thrusting her sword through the creature's chest. Once she was sure it was dead she sheath her weapon and turns towards Joseph with a look of anger as she pinches his earlobe. "What did I just tell you what was going to happen if you were reckless?" She scolds him as the two of the warriors who were female watch with amused looks and the last one who was a male sneath his weapon and began making his way towards the city.

Uh-oh. Perhaps this wasn’t such a good idea after all. Just as Joseph was preparing to leap out of the way of the Giant, Carole came in and used her sword to slay the being herself! Joseph was about to thank her when she suddenly grabbed at his ear! “OW! But Ms Carole, they needed help!” He then looked over at the two ammused warrior-women. “Hey! A little help here please!”

"Of course not, Ria. He did something naughty, so he is going to be punished for it." The one named Aela answered. While the two were talking among themselves Carole had pulled Joseph over to a fallen tree stump and she pulls the boy over her lap.
