Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Someone else had the same problem but never reported back. I'm pretty sure the problem is encoding. The file needs to be UTF-8 w/o BOM. What program are you using to edit it? Try something like Notepad++ where you can see, and choose, the encoding used.

I downloaded the final update is there anything after the camp I bought everything except the weekly maintenance spanking,and how do I use the Zae mod? I now have the island

Nice to know people are still enjoying this silly thing.
Another super late answer... for Izumi: mods are used simply by extracting the files in the game directory. It overwrites the originals, so you could make a separate copy if you don't want that.

It does, plus you can just change the rate you gain 'money' in the game files if you want to clear the game quickly.
