Vanilla laughed.

"Michelle, don't be so silly," she chuckled, "In case you haven't noticed, your spanking is long over."

Her smile was heartwarming, very much so. It was easy to see how Cream couldn't hate her even after her spankings.

Michelle looked up at Vanilla at her warm motherly smile and sighed with relief that her spanking was over, she then rested her head against her chest sniffling as she continued to try and calm herself however she couldn't wonder what is was she asked Cream to go and get.

Cream soon returned, and couldn't help but smile at the sight.

'So that's what it looks like,' she thought.

"I got what you wanted, Mom," she said, and held up a small, silver stopwatch, an old fashioned one with hands. Vanilla smiled and took it from her.

"Thank you," she said, as she started it up, "Cream likes to listen to this sometimes when she's upset," she explained to Michelle, placing it in her hand.

As Cream reentered to room Michelle was still sniffling as she cuddled close to Vanilla, when Cream handed her mother something Michelle noticed a light sparkle out of the corner of her eye. She looked to see an old looking silver pocket watch "hmm what's that for?" she asked curiously staring at it what was so special about a pocket watch. Vanilla then explained how this always seemed to help calm Cream down when she was upset and then placed it in hands, she wasn't sure what to do with it untill she held it up to ear and suddenly heard the soft ticking sound coming from inside it was calming to listen to.

"You just have a nice, long listen," said Vanilla, "But don't forget about Cream...."

"Oh, it's OK, Momma," said Cream, "Michelle can listen to it for as long as she wants."

Michelle listened to the pocket watch to it's peacful ticking for a few minutes she then hopped off Vanilla's lap and walked over to Cream so she could listen to it too, the two girls sat together listening to the silver little watch.

Cream gave a small sigh.

"Do you like it, Michelle?" she asked, "Because I sure do."

Michelle nodded "yes it's nice" she then continued to listen to the gently tick tock of the silver pocket watch, after several minutes Michelle removed the watch from her ear and handed it Cream so she could listen to it if she liked and gave her a close hug "I'm sorry I got you introuble Cream you know I didn't mean to" she apologised. She then walked over to Vanilla and climbed onto the bed and gave her another hug "I'm sorry for causing trouble I hop you will still let Cream and I play together a bit more before bedtime" she said hoping eventhough Vanilla said she was forgiven she wouldn't further punish the girls by having them go to bed early.

"Oh, it's OK," said Cream, listening to the watch.

"Yes, indeed," agreed Vanilla, "And of course I'll let you play for a little bit longer....it is your sleepover, after all. In fact, why don't you turn around and I close the pajama buttflap?"

Michelle let go of Vanilla and looked at Cream "yeah" she was happy that they weren't going to sent to bed early and that they could play a bit longer, she hopped over to the end of the bed and grabbed her Sonic plushie and went over to Cream so they could continue playing. Suddenly Vanilla asked her if she wanted bottom flap to buttoned up, little Michelle's face turned bright red she didn't realise her still red backside was still exposed, she quickly nodded her and head and climbed back up onto Cream's bed and layed herself back over Vanilla's lap waiting for her to button up her flap.
