"What took you so long?" he asked in his infamous teasing tone.

Michelle however didn't know that Sonic was teasing her when he asked her what took so long, "I...I'm sorry Sonic I didn't mean to take so long" she said sighing and looking down at the floor "a...are you mad at me now?"

"Oh, don't be silly," said Sonic, giving her a playful nudge, "Remember, I'm the Fastest Thing Alive. Everything and everyone is slower than I am."

Michelle grinned and rubbed the back of her head "Oh yeah that's right sorry about that I guess I need to get used to that" she then walked over and sat down at the table for lunch.

She picked up one hotdog and started eating, she hadn't had anything to eat or drink for three whole days since she ran away so she was very very hungry. Her first hotdog was gone in under a minute, she then went of a second and started on that one which was gone just as fast. After she finished her second hotdog she paused to have a drink of juice and then looked at the plate of chilidogs, she hd heard that Sonic loved chili dogs and she always wondered what they tasted like "Can I try a chili dog too Sonic pleeeaaase" she asked cutely "I have always wanted to try one"

Sonic was on his third Chilli-Dog. He passed the fourth one over.

"Here you go," he said, "But I must warn you, it's pretty hot and spicy."

(When I was a kid I had my first chili dog because I love watching Sonic the Hedgehog and my experience was simliar but I liked it)

Michelle looked at the chilidog as Sonic warned her on how hot and spicy it was, she heeded his warning and took a small bite, it was pretty hot and spicy but still good, Michelle took a few slips of her juice and then continued to eat the chili dog. It took her longer then a regular hot dog but she managed to finish it followed by two more glasses of juice to put out the fire in her mouth

"Wow that was yummy" she licking her lips as she put her glass down "spicy but good" she then felt satified mostly thanks to all the glasses of juice she drank thanks to that chili dog.

"Heh, I know," remarked Sonic as he ate another one, "Tails always reckoned they were the reason I was so fast. I never really figured it out myself...I just know I run at Super-Sonic speed...it's what I do."

Michelle then imagined that Sonic running so fast because his mouth was on fire do to all those spicy chili dogs and giggled, she was kinda full for now so she waited for Sonic to finish his lunch "Will I get to make Tails and your other friends too Sonic?"

"In due course, yes," said Sonic, "Right now, they're probably making sure Eggman's robots have been cleared up. I should probably help them, but I'm a little busy right now, aren't I?"

Michelle sighed

"Umm you could go and help them if you want I...I'll stay here untill you get back" she said standing up "I will just sit and color" she said showing him her backpack

(that way Sonic can inform his friends of his situation and prehaps come back with a few things for Michelle)
