"Oh ok" Michelle answered she was still curious on whether or not Amy was going to be cross with her when she came to get her. She walked over to the counter and placed her hands on the edge "May I help you anything?" she asked politely thinking maybe by being on her best behavior she would let Amy know later on.

"Well, I have already served all the bowls," said Vanilla, "Cream normally helps with the washing up, but I'll tell you what...if you want to, I'll tell her that you'll be doing it today. I've been thinking about giving her a break, but she's so insistant."

Michelle nodded her head but couldn't help but blush feeling a bit embarrassed was it that clear to her what she was trying to do was she that easy to read.

Once breaksfast was served Michelle ran upstairs and woke up, once they made their way downstairs the girls sat down and enjoyed a nice breakfast together.

The two were certainly enjoying their breakfast together. In fact, they were just finishing, when a knock at the door came. Vanilla went to answer it, before coming back.

"Michelle," she said, "Someone here for you."

When Vanilla called her Michelle pushed her chair back and hopped off and ran to the front door, she stopped at door and smiled "Amy" she reached her arms out and gave Amy a big hug "did you miss me?" she asked sweetly as she continued to hug her. She pulled backand grinned "Cream and I had alot of fun playing together we wanna be able to do it again and again and maybe next time Cream can stay over with us can she? she asked both Vanilla and Amy.

Amy returned the hug, then listened over to what Michelle said. She didn't SEEM cross with Michelle, but there WAS a hint that she "knew".

"Well, we'll see," she explained, "Thank you for taking care of her, Vanilla."

"Oh, it's no problem," the rabbit replied. She and Cream waved as the two left.

Once out of sight, though, Amy took hold of Michelle's ear.

"I'm a hedgehog of my word," she said, "So I won't punish you on top of what Vanilla did. But I THOUGHT I told you to behave."

Michelle ran over and gave Cream a hug and waved good bye to Vanilla as they walked out the door staying close to Amy, she didn't look upset so the young girl started to relax....... that is untill they were out of sight. "Ah ow"Michelle winced when Amy took a firm grip of her ear, she started to tremble as she was then scolded and while Amy said she wasn't going to spank her for misbehaving that didn't mean she wasn't going to be introuble when she got home there was a good chance she would be grounded and would therefor have to spend the rest of the afternoon in her room until dinner when Sonic returned home where she would then have to tell him what she did and hope he didn't choose to punish her further. "I...I was Amy" she said trying to free her ear "It was just alittle ice cream I hadn't had it in a long time it wasn't that bad honest ssh ow please let go that hurts" she whined trying to walk quickly long with Amy so not to tug her ear.

"Ow sssh Amy I didn't mean to get Cream introuble honest I didn't" Michelle saidtrying free her ear from Amy's tight grip "Cream is my friend I would never do something that would get her introuble with her mom I just thought we wouldn't get caught .....oops"Michelle then covered her mouth realising what she just said.

"Oh....you think this is all some kind of game, Michelle!?" snapped Amy, "You think that there's nothing wrong with doing anything, even when it IS wrong!? Oh, that is it....I need to get that outlook in life out of your head!"

She pulled Michelle over and clasped her firmly under her arm, her little bottom sticking out. Then she raised her hand....

"CHAOS CONTROL!!!"

What happened then wasn't entirely clear for either Amy or Michelle, only that things seemed to be slowing down.

When Amy finally regained her senses, something had pushed her over. She looked up to see who it was.

"Shadow? What are you doing here?" she asked. The black hedgehog was getting Michelle upright again, then turned to Amy.

"Don't you EVER make me do that again!" he fumed. Then, with hardly a second look at the little girl, he skated off.
