Sonic's Little Bundle (for AnimeFan23)

Michelle was fast asleep within minutes though it was sad going to visit her parents' graves it was exactly what she needed to feel better she didn't feel the throbbing pain in her chest when she thought of Sonic and Amy as her new parents. She slept for a couple of hours peacefully, when she woke up and opened her eyes it was dark outside got out of bed and opened her door she saw Amy was resting on the couch. After looking around the whole house she didn't see Sonic and wondered where he was "Sonic?" she called not to loud as she stepped outside the house looking around.

[Crash-Bash]

Sonic, as it turned out, had gone to investigate a warning sent to him by Tails....rumouring that Dr Eggman had returned again. He had told Amy about it, but she had fallen asleep on the couch, and didn't notice that Michelle had left.

Michelle looked around the outside of the house but there was no sign of Sonic anywhere, she even looked up at the roof he usually sat up there when he wanted clear is head. She started to feel alittle worried "daddy where are you?' she thought, she peaked her head back into the house at Amy laying on the couch she wondered if she should go and wake her up but then she may wonder why she was up and about or worse not know where he was and get worried herself she wouldn't want to do that. She looked at the time it was after nine so she figured he was maybe at Tails' house so she would just rush over there and check and be home before Amy woke up it wasn't that far, and that the she took the bike Tails made her and hurried off.

About halfway over, Michelle could see a human figure sitting by the side of the road. It had its back to her, but it appeared to be sobbing.

Michelle was half way to Tail's house when she saw a person sitting on the side of the road up ahead, and she could hear they were crying. She stopped her bike right by the person "Ummm excuse me what's the matter are you alright?" she asked leaning closer trying to get a better look.

[Crash-Bash]

"No, of course, I'm not alright," cried the figure, with a familiar voice, "It's bad enough that all my..."

He turned around at this point, revealing to Michelle the familiar mustached face...

"WHAT THE....Oh, it's you again?" sneered Dr Eggman, "Well, isn't this a pleasent surprise."

Michelle heard a similar voice and felt a chill down her spine 'Hold on it can't be..' she thought in her mind, as the person turned around her eyes widened and her jaw dropped, it was Eggman. "Eggman!" she took a few steps back almost stumbling over her bike, she then got defensive "What are you doing here!? Up to yet another evil scheme no don't well your not going to get away with it Sonic will stop you like he always does" she then stuck her tounge out at him.

[Crash-Bash]

"Why you little...." began Dr Eggman, but he quickly recovered, "Now, come on, hold on, hold on....can't I at least get in a little apology? I know we did have the incident from before, and I really regret what I did, I honestly do."

(I hope I've got him right...trying my best "lie through the teeth" mode)

Michelle frowned at him as he spoke 'incident he says?' she thought 'he spanked the daylights out of me' she listened as he said he wanted to apologize for what happened saying that he really regretted what he did. She wasn't sure what to think he seemed to mean it she crossed her arms and glared at him "Well if your really sorry then why are you out here in the middle of a country road crying for?" she asked still keeping her distance from him.

"It's because of that thieving bat!" snapped Dr Eggman, "She stole a device that was very important to me. I need it for my scientific studies."

This wasn't true, of course, but Eggman hoped that Michelle wouldn't realise.
