Back then I thought incest meant sex with anybody you were related to. Yes, it is possible to marry a cousin here, even a first cousin, but it's frowned upon where I come from. And even if I hadn't been related to him, I was too young to have sex at all, and at least I was smart enough to understand that.

I think, in the USA also sex between cousins counts as incest, while in the most european countries (like here in Germany) it's allowed. Maybe a relic from the times of the early american settlers, when there were only few families, so that their relationsships could easy get too often too close, while in Europe where "enough different" families, so that the danger wasn't so big.

Yeah first cousin relationships are heavily frowned upon but i learned how to make out with girls from my cousin teaching me.....and i learned how to tie people up by tieing up my cousin. I think it is ok as kids and young adults to fool around with cousins buutttt i think at no time should there be any sex or even petty sex when it comes down to it...

I think we kind of got off the main thread from Hawk, which was about his unknowing spanking of his female cousin at a fetish party, and now that he knows it was her, should he do it again? I had thought not, lest sex with a family member be the ultimate result as it almost had been with me, but then in my case I was the female. Then we got off the main thread and onto my incest comment, but if sex is not an issue, then Hawk's original question still stands unanswered, and I am inclined to think that if his cousin wants the spanking but not the sex, he ought to consider indulging her. If sex hadn't been such an issue with me, my cousin might still be spanking me!
