I have spent the last hour talking to everyone and clicking on everything I could think of. I just got my spanking in the clock tower and went back Home. after my inspection they sat down with tea and talked about my powers. Then a random green light appears in the corner of my screen and when I try to "drink" my tea it says "Not finished letter.." What am I doing wrong?

Same thing happens to me, the green light is supposed to be followed by a cat coming out of the fireplace but it never happens. You can't progress the story without it happening.

Checked it out. It was a bug.. For quick fixing try to apply this patch (just replace to the source folder). It should be work now.

Help! I am stuck in part 3 after I finish the discussion with Agnes in front of the grand tree, and spank + be spanked by Lily. Cannot spank elder elf or any one else, and can not leave the valley.

Did I miss anything?

Thanks alot! It worked like a charm. It's good to know I'm not going crazy. I just entered the 2nd chapter and I am really enjoying it so far.

But what does it say when you try to leave? Did you return back all the things like nettles or birches on its place after borrow it? already got a Jay's hat?

Yes, I put back birches, nettles and pouf, and also get Jay's hat. When I try to leave, it says "Mine said don't go back by this way."
