“True, but it also doesn’t mean I would have lost. At worst, it would have been a tie, and then we both would have been victorious,” Apollo pointed out. He wiggled a little, trying to get as comfortable over his twin’s lap as he could. Soon, she held him down at the small of his back, and he did indeed flinch as she gave some fake starters, toying with him like a cat might a mouse.

“OWW!” He yelped as the first true smack landed in the center of his toga-covered tush, the comfortable fabric offering no true protection from divine discipline.

He can point out whatever he’d like, but Artemis saw the opportunity and took it. With a gentle smirk growing on the sides of her lips, she hopped in “But the fact of the matter is that didn’t happen and I was victorious brother” she reminded. “We can go around in circles all day if you’d like of ‘what ifs’ but that doesn’t change the fact, now does it?” With a small chuckle, she watched as her brother flinched.

“Don’t tell me you’re already crying out? We’ve just begun brother. I’m planning on making your bottom as red as a crimson sunset~” Artemis mused as she landed a few more smacks to the bottom in front of her.

Apollo bit his lip a little to avoid yelping anymore. The first strike of her palm had just surprised him, that was all! “Mayhaps next time you won’t be so lucky,” he declared. The next few spanks fell upon his backside, but the young God of the Sun made no obvious reactions. “Have you started yet, dear sister? This position is getting quite boring,” he sassed her, perhaps unwisely.

“Luck? We’re blaming luck now for your cockiness? Oh please brother, surely you could have thought of a better excuse. Perhaps your bow wasn’t maintained well enough, or the sun was in your eye. A brush of wind blew your arrow off course. Something better than sheer luck” The older twin mocked. Growling as Apollo shot some taunts back, it seems like it’s easier for her to dish it out than take it. “I’ll show you boring!” Artemis screamed as she began landing a flurry of blows all over her brother’s backside. Hard smacks filled the air, causing some nesting birds to fly because of the noise.

“Well, clearly it was bad luck on my part,” Apollo pointed out. “You know very well that I keep my bows in perfect condition! Furthermore… sister. I am the God of the Sun. I would be able to still see and shoot perfectly well even if the sun was shining in my eyes,” he pointed out in a voice dryer than the deserts of Egypt.

“Oh~ What’s wrong, beloved twin? Can’t take what you give,” he taunted her back, then bit the inside of his cheeks to keep from yelping. Every smack of her palm left behind a sharp sting, and Apollo’s bravado was the only thing keeping him from succumbing to instinct and trying to wiggle free.

“Oh, so now we’re blaming Tyche? Perhaps I need to call her over so she can get a few swings in. But at the same time, I could already feel her presence. I would watch what you say brother” The girl teased with a cocky grin. She’s just teasing him to get under his skin. She knows exactly what buttons to press.

“Oh I’ll give you something alright!” Artemis growled as she landed a tad lower, aiming for his sit-spots. He might be able to talk the talk, but can he walk the walk? “I think you forget what position you’re in brother, I can easily make this a bare bottom reminder if you’d like” She threatened.

“Not really; I’m blaming her domain, not her. Sweet Tyche is just doing her job after all,” the God of the Sun shrugged in response. “Oh? You can feel her presence? That’s bizarre; I do not sense her at all,” Apollo noted, trying to reach out with his divine sense, though the growing sting in his backside was proving to be quite distracting.

“Bare bottomed? For loosing a little bet? You do remember this isn’t for any misdemeanors on my part, remember? Why, what would mother say,” he asked jokingly, but couldn’t help but to start kicking once or twice. He was biting the inside of his cheek so hard it was a wonder he hadn’t started bleeding.

In reality, she wasn’t around, or at least not close enough for either to feel her presence. She was just trying to strike some fear in her brother. Seeing as that failed by his logic, a small scowl formed on the girl’s face, but she was undeterred. “Hmmm, must have been my imagination. Still, I think she at least felt you speaking of her” Artemis added

“If I remember correctly, we didn’t establish how the spanking would be conducted. There were no rules or boundaries set before the exchange, so yes, I can do what I’d like. And I choose to spank you over your bare bottom” Artemis commented with a smirk. “Mother would say you lost a bet and that you should listen to your big sister or else you’ll face her wrath…or something along those lines~” The girl snickered.

“It seems even the moon goddess can have flights of fancy, but I suppose that makes sense. After all, aren’t people who spend to much time looking at the moon called lunatics,” Apollo snickered, but another smack of his big sister’s hand silenced that. “Oww,” he finally groaned.

“Well, I guess if I have to put up with it,” the sun god pretended that it didn’t bother him. His toga was still down after all; Artemis had not bared his hindquarters just yet. “Or maybe Mother will put you over her knees for abusing her authority? Oh, who am I kidding? Go on, have your fun, but I’ll get you next time,” he said, trying to tough it out with a smirk.

“Oh please, at least people can look at the moon. It inspired artists and poets, the sun only makes people blind brother!” Artemis reminded with a sharp huff. This isn’t about her flights of fancy, it’s about her brother losing a bed! But she snickered at the low growl from her brother.

“And you do~” she cooed. Blushing gently, she didn’t think of that. Perhaps mother would take her brother’s side, is that a risk she’s really going to take. “You won’t tell mother would you?” She asked in a hushed tone, similar to a whisper. Shaking her fear, she bared his bottom, letting her hand rest on the pinkened cheeks.
