I'm encouraged by the excitement surrounding this. Just so people know what they're getting and whether or not this might be the kind of game they would be interested in, I'm putting together an FAQ if asked and anticipated questions. Hopefully this sheds more light on my intent.

Q: Is one protagonist more of a dom and the other more of a sub?

A: Not really. These young women aren't fetishists (although they eventually do starter developing a sort of psychological fascination with spanking). They don't fit nearly into specific roles. My intent here is. To make them seem like real humans.

That's why there is two of them. I want their back and forth dialogue and their friendship to be a big driver in their character development.

That being said, there are important differences. Jessica is the more clever of the two, while Sarah has a warmer personality and is more athletic.


Q: Is there romance in this game?

A: Not really. There is some sex, but what you will see more often is sexually suggestive situations like nudity used for humiliation. The two protagonists are friends who become like sisters (and literally are in two contexts). However, they aren't lovers.


Q: How extreme is the severity of the spankings?

A: It varies widely. However, keeping in mind that it is a fantasy world created from the subconscious of a spanko, there are hard limits that reflect Willow's own hard limits. This means that although some severe spankings may cause temporary welts and bruises, there are no injuries beyond that.


Q: Are all spankings bare?

A: Yes. Again, this is based on Willow's mind.


Q: Do the protagonists simply participate in lots of spanking in order to wake Willow up?

A: Not exactly. A big part of it is looking for clues to decipher the unwritten rules of the world they find themselves in. They make discoveries that guide them towards the right path but they make mistakes and get stuff wrong along the way. This means some spankings truly do nothing to help them.


Q: Do they give or receive more?

A: Although there is plenty of both, I can definitely say that the two girls are on the receiving end more overall.


Q: Is this game inspired by anything in particular?

A: Definitely Persona 5 for the game itself but the first mission "Infinite Loop" is heavily inspired by the Endless Eight saga in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Upon realizing they are trapped in a time loop, the protagonists must look for clues to figure out how to break the loop.


Q: What gender pairings exist in this game?

A: F/F is the most common, followed by M/F, followed lastly by F/M as the least common. There are no M/M pairings.

Q: Are spanking scenes themselves animated?

A: Not yet. That's a stretch goal. My plan is to continue making the game with spanking scenes that fade to black and are audio only. However, once the game is completed, thoroughly tested, and fully playable, I can explore my options for making the scenes more visual. This would likely have to involve commissioning an artist though.


Q: Can you revisit previous dimensions?

A: Yes. I'm fact, you have to. The seven dimensions are fragmented pieces of a subconscious, and thee fragmentation wasn't Ann entirely clean break. For example, this means that you might find a key in one dimension that will unlock a door in another. Part of the job of the protagonists is taking this mess and connecting the dots so that Willow's subconscious can reorganize itself in a more logical way.


Q: Will there be a walkthrough?

A: Yes. A thorough walkthrough will be included along with the game, but it won't be needed. Despite there being 7 dimensions, it's pretty well laid out in a way that will make it very difficult to get lost.


Q: What other fetishes does this game cater to?

A: Honestly, not much besides spanking. The prison dimension involves naked cavity searches, so there's a good chance that someone will find that appealing. Also, the hell dimension has tentacles, and I'm sure you know what's going there.


Q: About that Church dimension...

A: Yeah, I know. To avoid causing offense, the church is for a fictional religion that exists only in the subconscious mind of Willow.

Q: Can I help in the development of this game?

A: Probably not, UNLESS you're an artist, in which case, please let me know.

I hadn't specifically thought of that, but I'm not opposed to the idea either as long as it seems like a natural fit. A wedgie scene doesn't seem like it would be out of place in this kind of story, so perhaps it can be included.

Absolutely phenomenal idea. I second the person who suggested some role reversal content because nothing is more satisfying in spanking games than getting to spank the spankers and maybe some other fetish content if it fits for varieties sake, even just spanking adjacent stuff like mouth soaping and (as mentionde above) wedgies.
