There is a spanking scene with the innkeeper in the SQ2 RE version, and you can spank her daily in SQ Prepare to cry edition if you have the stats for it.
To activate the SQ2 RE one, you have to talk to Ruby, one of the options under "Chat" or "News" will allow it to be triggered. I think its "chat" then "celine". After talking to her, you will need to leave the inn and come back. I think you can keep re-entering over and over until you get the dialog with Ruby and Celine talking about numbers being incorrect and decimal points are off a space again. One you see this dialog, you can go up to Celine and request to punish her.
thats assuming you're talking about celine in the first town btw. The yellow haired inn keeper. If its not, please let me know and tell me which one you're talking about.
In the normal SQ2 game, i dont think you can spank her at all.
