I really like the new improvements, Bagool.
The Item system seems to have a nice layout, and I like the subsystem used for the guidebook. The new Rub skill is great.

The Status screen is very nice as well. Overall, the new menu is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
The spanking interface is pretty solid as well, though the character text and UI overlap is a little annoying. The image isn't bad for being a visual indicator of things, though it would be nice to have the mannequins be gender appropriate. I'll be curious to see how the stats play out further into the game, and I like the talk choices and their effects. Same goes for the response choices and their dom/sub effects. I also like that you can see your arm getting tired...from the endless spankings administered, of course.
Familiarity looks like that'll have a pretty large impact on the characters and game experience as well, and I'm glad to see this feature brought over from Red Tint Town. I like that it opens up additional dialog, as well as the possibility of new encounters. Also..."Not in the Demo yet." Daawww!! LOL I look forward to finally giving that innkeeper what she deserves, always standing on the other side of that counter, taunting me with her blonde locks.

It looks like there is an issue with her spanking you once your are able to choose between fun/punishment spankings after you have knocked over her perfume. She goes on about an invitation and you being nervous, then walks out of the room. You stated above that you've only gone so far for the demo and had to shuffle variables around, so no biggie.
The gold counter in the top right is nice but, at least for me, doesn't really add much. At least, not yet. Its possible it becomes handy as I'm going through the game, especially with gifts now being a thing.
My only minor complaint would be the text sound. While I see what you're aiming for, similar to the older JRPGs, maybe drop the volume on it a bit?
