Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Yep. RTP is installed. Hitting F1 gives me options, but none that allow me to rebind the arrow keys or set any alternatives

Do you have any gamepads plugged in? If so try removing them. Try moving your keyboard to a different port

Nope, I've not got any gamepads plugged in (And I tried plugging one in to make it work, didn't help) and I'm on a laptop so I can't mess around with the keyboard

Check your device manager for anything with warning symbol. If there's not trying removing some things like 'Human interface USB device' or anything that has the word keyboard in it and restart.

I can't post any direct links because they require moderator intervention.

Anyway try searching for a utility called "kbdreset.exe" and running that. Failing that bring up your Device Manager, removing anything with keyboard in the name and also anything that looks like "Human interface USB device"

You could also trying uninstalling and reinstalling the RPGMaker runtimes.

Okay, I just finished looking over the game and clearing what bugs I found from it. Not saying there aren't any, because I'm sure I missed some but there's only so much you can do to polish a turd.

Looking over my old game after all this time is weird, since my code was so jumbled and impractical I had to do over some things from scratch. I also noticed there were some things that didn't trigger because I never put them in right. So things like preemptively looking in the bag for Cosmina's spanking wouldn't change anything like I intended, and other items couldn't be found. Either way, there really isn't any new content. But if you want to play the game in a not-broken state, it's up.

Now that the official release is finished, the game files as they are now are pretty much free for anyone to mess with.


Also, I'd like to thank everyone for making this game as popular as it is, and most notably bringing this thread to over 100 pages and therefore 1000 posts. Karsithe, you were #1000, and although I didn't always do it, I tried to give special offers for anyone who hit the benchmarks like these. So if you have a particular request for a scene or some content in SQ2, now's the best time to let me know (via PM if you want).

I'm sure everyone who has played the game has already been aware, but SQ2 has been out and been improved on consistently over the last few months. My biggest update yet came out pretty recently, and puts this entire game to shame if I may say so myself.

Is there a link for the update I"m missing, Bagool? The one on page one of the thread is September something or the other and I've looked through about 40 pages of this thread wondering if you put your links somewhere else at a later date.

Now, about the game:
I really wish you weren't so hard on it, or maybe I should say on yourself.
Usually with any big project, software or otherwise, one finds things one would have done differently -esp with the passage of time, and if one's skill improves.

You managed to create memorable characters and a few memorable areas all the while learning about a pretty popular coding aide. And yes, it's obvious your skill has improved in your new game and there are clearly some tricks you've added there that are missing in this game. So what? I like it.

Anyway, playing it over for the third time. Do you know how many games -esp RTG adventure type games - I've played through as many as 3 times? You can count it on two hands (Halo and its sequels being by far the msot for this causual as well as a few horror/adventure games) and this silly little thing with partial work (most of it by you, the rest by Godhand) is one of them. Thanks for this and I hope to work on it myself later this year. And I can't wait to see the othe rmods people are doing

No special requests really. Anything I could think of requesting will most likely make it in anyway based on previous scenes. I tend to favour justified hard/sadistic girl/female-on-male scenes where you can goad and taunt the NPC.

I suppose if I had to come up with a request then perhaps something from this list...
  • There's my desire to take revenge upon Iron City or its leadership but that would be hard to explain, a bit too convoluted and as I like to play male, it would mostly be male-on-male scenes which aren't really my thing.
  • I liked the Mummy and the Ghost if you want to add another scene to that or if you're putting in similar content later (fantasy, supernatural or monster girl stuff) just count that.
  • I've expressed my like for the Inn Keepers in the past but that might be a bit stale or annoying to write and it was mostly related to the hardness of the scenes and the fact many of them had to be triggered and couldn't be requested all of which could apply to NPCs other than Inn Keepers.
  • I liked the Curator scene.
  • I liked the Daycare bondage stuff.
Regardless feel free to ignore any of those and just carry on doing what you're doing.
