Ah sorry, the hospital shouldn't be accessible yet. I updated the main version a while ago with the content you mentioned, but it's not officially released (so I am totes not to blame >.>). Putting in warps on the wall of the starting area is how I test what few things I test, and it isn't the first time that I uploaded a version which includes a shortcut but people haven't caught it so far. The trial period for the mods I put in for the casino has run out I suppose, they were going to be taken out eventually anyway.
I brainstormed a bunch of ideas since I last posted, and I think the next update people will really enjoy.

Just wanted to update everyone. The game files have reached over 3000 cumulative downloads~!
I don't really know what to do to celebrate this however, so I'm just gonna keep working on the game.
@jra: The hospital is pretty much done, but I'm not gonna spoil what's there 
Currently, I am going through the entire game, changing some dialogue, cleaning up events, and generally making sure things are sleek and proper.

Oh, I'm sure I could add a "birthday spanking" scene in somewhere...
Either way, this is turning out to be quite the endeavor.
I found a lot of things that could be changed for the better or added in. Point being, that I am gonna hold off until I go through the entire game like this. I just finished working on the town in both the morning and afternoon, I expect Oak Outpost should take about a day... So next update will likely be in about 48-60 hours or so.

But I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't enjoy it. It's just as fun making the game as playing one in a way. I just wanted to give a time frame on what to expect.
