Well, it's not a direct quote, and it is a bit out of the way... Make a save before you enter the festival, then mess around the trees in the southern portion, I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Posting again because I forgot something which makes the new stuff a bit unclear:

After getting the you-know-what from Rose, you need to look at the 2 houses that have been un-enterable so far in Oak Outpost. Also the letters are similarly related to houses in Frostpoint.

I swear I spent like 3 hours on that cafe alone, I'm thinking of just scrapping it all together...

There are some bugs at the festival.

If I win some games, they won't hand me the ticket and if I try to speak to the guard, the game freezes after some seconds

In Coral City,the guy who pay you to let him paint you when you're spanked,once your spanked picture is shown you get stuck.

Also,when you say to the kid in school you won't tell the teacher but you will punish him,the kid leaves after the spanking,but next time you talk to the teacher your character will tell about the boy anyway,the teacher will go next door,where you'll see her spanking the kid who appeared there again. O_O then,the teacher will be stuck there and won't talk to you.

Where is the girl in Frostbite I bring the letter to?Been talking to everyone,but can't see them.Also,what am I supposed to get the hint on Oak Outpost to continue the main plot?

Oh,and what is the use of the Amulet of Goodness/Amulet of Naughtyness?Equipped both(there's a glitch where you can buy the amulet,but it'll stay there and you can steal a copy,leaving you with both the Amulet of Goodness and the Amulet of Naughtyness) but didn't notice difference.

Anyway,I missed this game a lot! ^_^ Great job!My favorite part is being able to cry during my spanking from Maria. ^_^
