Phew, finally found the strength to try DX!
I must say, I'm so impressed with the amount of additions to the base game, as well as many new scenes!

I have a couple questions though, as well as a few bug-reports.
The main question is - how can I obtain a crafting knife? I've checked the shops in all the stores I found, but am still missing it.

And now, to the bug-reports (I've looked at the past 20 pages, so hopefully nothing repeating)!
1) If you have more than one cantina while walking in the desert, and reach the point when the game asks if you'd like to drink, it cycles until you drink from every cantina you have, as well as does not accept a 'No' for an answer.
2) If you check your bottom state in a mirror in any inn, you get a reaction from that girl.
3) If you take the Revelations book, show it to Sophie and explain to her the need for it, she doesn't take the book from you. So, when you finish the graveyard quest, you'll have two books.
4) The trader in Red Valley wants to buy Tutu, but doesn't, in fact, has a Sell option. It seems that Canute is the only one who can buy stuff from you.

sorry maybe I'm a little late. I can't finish the quests of the lamp genius and of Ron, the son of Marnie. I finished the game and I seem to have done everything. I can't understand what I'm missing.

Yeah that makes sense. See I was partially brain dead due to being half asleep at the time I asked what the s would be for. I didn't even think to try other word combos to make it work. Though as milf pointed out for her at least in her case it would be Miss instead of Mom. But that still works. I am also likely responsible for the confusion due to my question so I will take the blame for any offense that was taken.

Sorry for bringing the mood down a bit, but just quickly wanted to let you all know the update (and answers to your kind messages) is going to be delayed a bit since my father passed away last week. We hadn't been close in a very long time, but it still isn't easy, and there is a lot to sort out, too.

While I know everyone would say to take all the time I need, I do hope to be back with reports of more update work soon; I need things like SpanQuest DX to keep my spirits up! It's been a bastard of a year so far, to be honest...

Hell yes we're going to tell you to take all the time you need. After all we aren't paying you for this, you're doing it all for free. So the least we can do is let you live your life.

I do agree that this year has been a bastard though. But we'll push through it all and come out stronger than before, so there's that at least.

Condolences Banjo and lots of strength!
I just finished playing this game a third time and it keeps surprising me.
Always playing it as a maximal sub and love it!
Hope you do find the time in real life to continue to work on it after you've arranged everything you need to do.
