I think you have to talk to Cosmina about getting a spanking to trigger it, but you should be able to go upstairs in the inn in Red Valley and there will be a letter on the floor in front of her room. I don't exactly remember if you have to talk to her first or if it's just there on the floor in the afternoon.

A (belated) Merry Christmas, everyone! Hope you all got what you wanted... or deserved!

The update is still coming, but I got a bit carried away adding new engine stuff (optional combat and spellcasting!) so it got delayed some more, sorry. I was hoping to get a holiday release done (even added a "festive" encounter for the season!) but alas, I was sick just before Christmas (all good now, thankfully, was just a bad cold) which meant I didn't have enough free time, even slipping on Christmas real life stuff (spank spank!).

Thanks to all for the continued support, well-wishes, reports and comments (I still own some of you PMs/emails, I know, too!)... it means a LOT to me knowing others enjoy what I do (this game mod, my art, stories or other random stuff), especially when I'm feeling a bit down.

Have a safe and happy New Year, everyone, and hope to post something cool in January...

Now that sounds like a big update - I’m especially curious about the combat, maybe a spanking when you lose?

Now that sounds like an interesting update - especially the spells and the combat. Hopefully you get a spanking if you pick a fight you can’t finish.

That's the way it works, mostly.
The combat is handled via an entirely "custom" engine, though, so not the default RPG Maker style... hence why it's taken a fair bit of time.

The spellcasting stuff is pretty basic so far, and pretty much just offers some alternate ways to solve some puzzles (effectively, you can roleplay a mage and use magic to solve things normally requiring brute force or thief skills in some cases). Of course, you need to learn magic first, and for that you'll need a teacher...

Spellcasting sounds like it will be fun. I've never picked magic in any rpg games, I always go brute strength in DnD. So this will be fun to try out.
Personally, I'm still looking forwards to orcs.
