Look in garbage cans in classrooms also. There are different ones for different punishments. If you get a blank one you will also need forging skill and supplies to make your own. You can get a total of 4, but can only use 1! This would be one of the events I would love to be repeatable, where you can go get spanked for each of the slips, and then when you visit Priscilla at her home later get a much, much more severe spanking from her for the multiple offenses. And still hoping for one day, the part 2 where you go back to see her at school and get dealt with over the "report".

Idk what the key is used for but you can use a hall monitor arm band from one of the rooms, I think it’s the same room you take the late token too.

Thanks for your hint , I missed that blank one ... then play it from first start. I like this blank slip much than others. you mentioned "back to see her at school", is that means the next day? The principal at her home told me to do that paper, I thought it's not a thing must finish (consider the chores in Red Valley)
