"We should be leaving hyperspace any moment now." Gavin told his padawan Evelexi "Lexi" Madshah. The two Jedi had been contacted by Czerka corp representatives while on their way back from a successful peacekeeping mission in the outer rim. Their contact suggested she had an object that would be of great interest to the Jedi Order, and she might be persuaded to part with it for the right price.

"Good, space journeys are always so boring...", Lexi said and leaned back in her seat. She was usually very relaxed, sometimes dropping her guard, which her teacher sometimes lectured the Padawan for. Still, she was a good student. "Can we train before we reach our destination? I´d like to stretch my muscles a bit.", the girl added, looking at Gavin with her bright green eyes. She usually did not miss any chance to practice with the lightsaber.

Gavin raised an eyebrow. "So soon? I thought those battle droids would have been more than enough of a workout." He rose from his seat, setting the ship to autopilot. "Alright, this time we'll practice the ataru style."

Lexi rolled her eyes somewhat arrogantly. "I hardly worked up a sweat!", she said and got to her feet. "Whats the ataru style? That one is new.", the young Padawan asked, eager to learn more.

She really wanted to be the best Jedi ever. But did she have the talent for that ambition? Lexi did put a lot of work in her lightsaber skills, that was true.

"It involves avoiding blows through jumps and acrobatics." He told her, showing her the basics. "Now, try to dodge my attacks."

Lexi focused and dodged the incoming attacks. She was fast and graceful. "Not bad, right?", she said as they were "dancing". After a while though she wondered how long she could keep this up. "Okay...okay, lets have a break, alright?", the Padawan suggested.

"Your form is getting better." Her master told her before looking up as the ship's computer signaled that they were near their destination. "Alright, get ready. We're coming out of hyperspace soon. When we arrive let me do the talking. Czerka corp is not to be trusted."

"Thanks.", Lexi said with a smirk. She heard the computer signal and stretched a little after training. "Alright. No worries, I am sure you can handle them.", the young Padawan encouraged him. She had no problems with him handling diplomacy. Lexi was sort of too forthright for it. It was a trait she actually had to supress.

Gavin piloted the ship towards the coordinates he had been sent. As the ship headed towards a nearby planet Gavin looked out the window, noting the scars on the planet's surface left from orbital bombardment. Massive craters of glass dotted the badlands of the desert planet.

"Some major battles were fought near here during the Old Sith Wars a thousand years ago." He said as the ship entered the atmosphere. "It's possible they've dug up some sort of Sith weapon. We should be on our guard. A Sith weapon in the wrong hands is a major threat. Almost up there with an actual Sith"

"Sounds dangerous.", Lexi admitted. She watched the planets surface, eager to take in anything new. It was clear she couldn´t wait to leave the ship and stretch her legs. A spaceship could be a very monotonous enviroment. And she was still young and curious.
"So what are we going to do about the sith weapon? Do you want to destroy it? Or salvage it for a good cause? Maybe we should ask the council what our next step is.", the Padawam wondered.
