Okay so maybe running away from his father when the man showed up on the scene wasn't the best idea that he'd ever had but Castiel really just did not want to face him. He was pretty sure that doing so was not going to end well for him but then again he was equally sure that running away wasn't going to end well for him either. He just hadn't thought about that before actually going through with it. And now it was too late to go for a better option.

Matthew simply chased after his errant son and snatched him up tossing him over a shoulder. " Atata... You're not running off on me. "

"I was just... sight seeing!" Castiel protested when he was grabbed and then found himself in the rather embarrassing position over his dad's shoulder.

"You were running away from me. " Matthew countered. " You know I know when you lie. " Matthew stated as he put the youth in to a car.

This gained a huff from Castiel. "I really wish you didn't," the white haired youth couldn't keep himself from saying. That was a massive inconvenience as far as he was concerned. He didn't protest as he was deposited in the car however, he knew that he had already lost this particular battle.

Matthew was relatively quiet until they were let out at the school of all places..

This was confusing to Castiel to say the least. "...why are we here?" the teenager immediately questioned, turning turquoise eyes toward his dad in question.

"That seems really inappropriate," Castiel said, mainly in response to the wording that his dad chose. He debated high-tailing it in a different direction when he was ordered to the office but then he decided better of that idea. Instead of attempting another escape that was doomed to fail Castiel made his way to the office as per orders.

Matthew followed his little miscreant son, hot on his heels. Once in side he locked the door behind them. He started over to the desk and opened up on of the cabinets with variety of punishment tools on display in the cabinet. Matthew selected a paddle.

Once inside the office Castiel turned to watch as his dad entered the office. He kept his turquoise eyes on the man, watching his every move and of course not happy about what it was that the man decided to pull out of a cabinet. "Seriously?"

"That was what thought when I heard the police call about where you were... " Matthew countered as he started to the front of his desk tapping his hand with the paddle.

"I mean nothing happened... to us anyway..." Castiel said, thinking that should count for something. "And we found something that might've otherwise gone undetected. That should count for something, we did the right thing."

"That may be so but I'm not going to allow you to endanger your self. And if that means I have to beat that sentiment in to your little butt then so be it. I mean it Castiel I don't want you wandering in to those woods. Period. YOu know it isn't safe. " Matthew scolded.

"I didn't see anything that was that dangerous... even the wolf didn't stick around," Castiel stated when he was told that he knew it wasn't safe. "People say it's not safe but it just looked like ordinary woods... I mean aside from the severed arm.... that was decidedly not ordinary."

The sound of his dad huffing got his attention but Castiel didn't offer up any words about the wolf. He watched what his dad was doing and frowned at the order that was issued. "I'd really rather not..."

"I'd rather you drop the whole thing," the white haired youth said, knowing even as he did so that such was not an option.

Matthew moved to set the paddle down and reached for Castiel's ear.

Matthew tugged the little thing along picking the paddle up and stepped over to the lounge area taking a seat and guiding the smaller over his lap.

"Daaaad," the youth whined when it became clear that the man was not going to relent. He was of course forced to go where his ear was being tugged since that was not a pleasant sensation.

Matthew held the little brat over his lap for a few long moments letting it sink in that Castiel wad indeed laid over his daddy's knees now.

"Can we not do this...please?" Castiel asked when it became clear that he was not going to be able to free himself. His dad was far stronger than he was, a fact that he knew all too well, so continuing to struggle wasn't going to accomplish anything.

"No..." Matthew said as he released Castiel's ear setting that hand across Castiel's lower back he set the paddle down across his clothed bottom. "Castiel why am I about to spank you?" Matthew asked softly.

Castiel was fairly upset over that response, which was pretty obvious even though he didn't say anything in response to it. The question that he was asked made him want to be stubborn and refuse to answer though he didn't go with that option. "...because you think I did something dangerous."

Matthew patted his rear with a paddle. " Close... " He offered before WHACK! Matthew brought down a rathe rmean swat to Catsiel's poor bottom.

Castiel opened his mouth to ask why it was close but before he got the chance Matthew decided to whack him with the paddle and that was sufficient to turn his question into just a yelp. "Ow!" Even as he said that he reached back to rub at his bottom, attempting to alleviate the sting.

"It should." Matthew stated and with that he started to pepper Castiel's tush with stern hard unforgiving swats even through his pants they hurt.

That statement gained a disgruntled noise from Castiel, the white-haired youth squirming and kicking his feet in response to the sting that was left in the wake of the paddle.

"We just went for a hike," Castiel said in a disgruntled tone of voice, the teenager's voice a bit tense since he was trying not to embarrass himself by breaking down into tears. Which was hard because this hurt.

Castiel started to say that he was sorry but then he realized that would be admitting to lying which he still didn't want to do. Mainly because he didn't want to cause trouble for the others that were involved in the incident.

At this point Castiel lost the battle to hold out against the tears, his dad having done a fairly good job of lighting a figurative fire in his backside with that paddle.

Matthew set the paddle aside and moved to pet Castiels' head. " Are we going to have to do this again any time soon?" Matthew asked.

"...hope not," was the response that Castiel gave to that question from his dad, the poor little teenager all sniffly and teary-eyed at this point. Which he found embarrassing. He thought that at this age he should be able to remain stoic during punishments. That never worked with his dad but he still somehow thought he should be able to.
"Good. " Matthew swatted his chees with a bare hand. " I don't want to get another phone call from the police."
