Crevan tilted his head to the side when Roy made the comment about loving him more than that. "Well I could have made you something but I'm not allowed to use the stove, remember?" he asked since the thought had occurred to him but he knew that he wasn't allowed to touch the appliance so he had refrained from doing it.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah smart guy." Roy snorted when Crevan mentioned that he wasn't allowed to use the stove, but the man wasn't even all that bothered about the kid not making him anything anyway. He was just goofing around with the boy. He made himself some toast and sat down, "I'm proud of you for listening to me about that though, so well done." he praised, taking a bite of the toast and taking a sip of his tea. "I think it's time you got a bath Crev, you didn't get one yesterday." he told the boy, "And then we'll head out and find something to do."

Crevan had to bring up the fact that he wasn't allowed to use the stove since Roy had commented about the foraging for himself comment. He didn't make a big deal about it though and he just nodded when Roy praised him for remembering. When he was told to go and take a bath Crevan just nodded his head and turned to go and do that, making his way back upstairs and to the bathroom where he took a quick shower before getting dressed.

Roy watched Crevan head upstairs to get his wash and he finished off his tea before then feeding Balto with some rich meat cuts...some leftovers that hadn't been eaten a few nights ago, but the dog seemed more than happy to gorge on the food. "Yeah don't get used to being spoiled." he told the dog and then headed upstairs to grab his phone and car keys off the window sill, then he headed back downstairs and looked through his phone to find somewhere they could go. There was a pretty cool adventure park that was a few miles away, he wondered if Crev would go for that.

Crevan took a fairly quick shower and once he was done he fluffed his hair a bit with the towel just so that it wasn't going to be dripping and then he got dressed. He left his hair damp since it would just dry on its own and then he made his way back downstairs. "Okay, I'm clean now," he announced, not sure where Roy was so he just spoke loudly and then waited for an answer.

Roy looked over to his son when he said he was clean now, and he smiled. "That's good to know bud." he answered and rubbed his back, he then showed his son the pictures of the adventure park on his phone, "How about we head here today? It's only a few miles down the high way." he explained and ruffled his hair gently, though not enough to mess it up all that much, since he appreciated he'd spent time getting it to look right. "It'll only take about twenty minutes to get there."

Crevan looked at his dad when the man said that it was good to know that he was clean, the boy just sort of grinning slightly. He looked at the pictures that the man was showing him and he grinned broadly in response to that one, looking happy about the prospect. "I've never been to a place like that before," he said quietly, nodding his head slightly and looking every bit like the excited kid that he was.

"You haven't? I think I have once or twice, but I must have been very young because I don't remember a lot about it." he explained to his young son and wrapped an arm around him, liking that he was happy. He then put his phone in his pocket and pushed Crevan gently toward the car, "Go and get in the car pal." he said, tossing him the car keys, "I just need to make sure Balto's tied up." he said and then headed through to the back yard while Crevan got in the car.

"Not so much," Crevan said quietly when his dad asked about his statement. "Father dearest didn't really care about such things," he said, his voice filled with sarcasm as he said the father part. When he was told to head toward the car he nodded his head and then made his way over, getting into the front seat and fastening his seat belt before just sort of hanging out and waiting for Roy to join him.

Roy tilted his head to the side in a 'ah' fashion and then headed through to the back to make sure Balto was tied up properly so the dog couldn't get out and mall some old lady, not that he would for meanness but he would if she happened to have any food on her. Well Roy didn't want to take the chance. He chained the dog up and then headed through the house, locking up and then getting into the driver's seat. "Alright pal, ready?" he asked, putting his own seat belt on and then starting the engine.
