"Thanks," Crevan said quietly when he was given permission to go over to the playground equipment and play, the boy turning and jogging in that direction. He made his way to the swings and occupied himself there for awhile before moving onto something like that. The boy ended up doing that for the duration of the time that they were at the park though he started to get a bit more anxious as it started to approach the evening hours and the sun started to set. He was pretty sure that they'd have to go back soon and that meant that he was ever closer to the promised punishment and that of course made him nervous.

Roy did plan on making the spanking something that Crevan was going to remember in future, so yes it was going to hurt. But he didn't intend on hurting him more than necessary or embarrassing the boy for the fun of it. Since it was likely his spanking would be on his bare bottom. And Roy would carry it out in his room, where he decided would be where Crevan got punished from now on.

He noticed it was beginning to get dark and he whistled for Balto and then looked to Crevan. "Crevan! Come on, time to go back!" he called.

Crevan couldn't keep his thoughts from wandering back to the promised punishment and it was really just not a pleasant thing to deal with but all the same he didn't exactly regret his decision to delay it. He might not make a similar decision in the future if it ever came up but for the moment he didn't really regret it. He looked around when he heard Roy whistle for the dog and then he sighed when the man called to him and told him that it was time to go.

Part of him wanted to balk and refuse to go along but another part of him didn't want to fight the man that had actually been nicer to him than anyone else so in the end he got up from the swings and made his way over to the spot where the man was standing.

"Thank you pal." Roy said softly, wrapping an arm around the kid's shoulders and he was proud of him for coming when he called. He checked his watch and saw it was already 6:00pm, Crevan would be going to bed at nine. He sighed a bit and walked him and the dog home, being careful to keep a grip on the boy when they got to the road and he unlocked the door and got the two in. Balto went straight to the kitchen. "Alright Crevan, are you hungry?" he asked, smiling softly.

While he had thought about balking in the end Crevan decided that it wasn't worth it and so he walked over to the man, looking up at him and offering him a slight smile when he was thanked. He walked along beside the man, noticing the firmer grip when they neared the street but not saying anything about it, and instead just allowing himself to be lead back. Once they were inside and he was asked about being hungry he nodded his head slightly and replied, "A little bit."

"Alright I'll fix us some dinner since it's late." Roy answered when Crevan said he was a little bit hungry which he didn't find surprising since they last ate at around twelve(ish). "You go ahead and get your pyjamas on please, since we won't be going outside again." he said softly and then went to the stove to begin cooking up some tuna risotto. He figured the boy might like it, and if not he would make him something else.

Crevan nodded when the man told him that he was going to make something for dinner and when Roy went on to tell him to go and put his pajamas on he nodded his head before he asked, "it's okay if I take a shower right?" He didn't think that Roy would mind but since the man hadn't mentioned it when he had told him to get changed he figured that he would ask. Once he had the answer the boy turned and made his way upstairs to get ready for bed, his thoughts still lingering on what he had to look forward to at bedtime.

"Of course pal, you don't need to ask." Roy answered when the kid asked if he could get a shower, and he felt like that was something Crevan didn't need to ask permission for. It was a good thing that the lad was staying on top of his personal hygiene since many other boys his age didn't. He watched him head upstairs and then he went to cook the risotto, it not taking him too long to make and he put it on two plates, adding some veg on the side for the both of them, also some buttered bread.

"Crevan, dinner!" he called, putting the plates down on the table, and pouring out two glasses of juice.

"Okay," Crevan said when Roy told him that he didn't need to ask for permission to take a shower, the boy heading upstairs and getting his pajamas before making his way to the bathroom. The boy lingered in the shower for longer than was strictly necessary since the warm water felt good but he was out and dressed in his pjs when Roy called him down for dinner. The boy made his way downstairs, his hair still damp and somewhat disheveled, and he sat down at the table. "Thanks," he said quietly before starting to eat, having a bit of an appetite despite what he knew was coming so he actually did eat rather than playing with the food, he just didn't manage to eat all of it because his stomach still couldn't really manage that much food.

Roy hadn't made Crevan too much of the risotto since he knew he had an aversion to food, and he was going to make a mental note to ensure the boy knew he was proud of him for the progress he was making with his eating. After all he wanted to keep the lad motivated. "You're welcome." he smiled happily and sat down opposite him when he did so. He glanced at the clock, seeing it was going up to 8:00pm already and he sighed to himself, not wanting to have to punish Crevan in half an hour, but he felt like he didn't have a choice.
