Mad Gear may have been defeated back in the day, but Metro City is still as crime infested as ever. It calls for someone to clean up its streets with a good helping of discipline. Do you have what it takes to bring down the assorted gangs and send them crying home to their mommies?
Of course, to get strong enough to do that you'll likely have to train under various street fighting masters... each of whom have their own disciplinary techniques that will leave your bottom sore and welted in exchange for their teachings. But hey, you know what they say: no pain, no gain!
