" Maeve...wait!" Frank called after her as she turned around to leave. " It can work!...I`m sorry I did that." he added, but it was too late. She was gone. " God damn it..." he said and laid down on his bed. " I finally told her and then I screwed it up..." he lamented.

Memories of that weekend chased Maeve all week. She ruined everything! She liked Frank so much and spoiled it with her mentor side. She was so mad at herself she almost regretted she hasn't her own mentor who can punish her to overcome her outbursts.
But in a week she knocked Frank's front door again.

As soon as he saw her Frank hugged her tightly. " Sorry about what I did...I hate it when you`re mad at me. I just couldn`t resist...I think your ass is kinda...cute..." he said softly and blushed. " Come on. Let`s go up to my room." he added and gestured upstairs.

Maeve was surprised and relieved.
"I'm the one who should apologize" she said and hugged Frank back.
They went upstairs and Maeve tried to become a little bit more serious. "Let's deal with the test first. Did you studied this week? Or should I say did you trained for your dragon-battle?"

" I have...and I`m ready to slay the dragon." Frank said as he grinned at Maeve. " Bring it on, I know I`ll make you proud." he said and reached over and pecked her on her cheek. " As I told you before...I have something to fight for now." he stated.

"I like that mood" Maeve smiled.
She's got the new test and gave it to Frank.
"Start now" she said noting the time. "Remember that I believe in you!"

" I know!" Frank beamed, as he quickly got to work on the test. His mind instantly got a good chunk of the results pin pointed, not all, but he was definately well above just having two correct answers this time. " Here you go, Maeve." he said and handed the test to her with a kiss to her forhead.

"Hey, stop it" she said sternly. "I haven't compared it to a right ones yet. Don't try to manipulate me like that."
Maeve took Frank's test and the sheet with correct answers. To her surprise most of his answers she was sure were wrong actually were correct. She found only three mistakes. She never knew Frank can do so well.
"Ok" she said with a smile. "Now you may kiss me. Your results are outstanding."

" Heh, the dragon stood no chance...even with it`s flames." Frank said as he captured Maeves lips in another kiss. " Pete is right, after all. I am lucky...you are a really beautiful girl, you know that?" he said softly as he held her close to his own body.
