Amber shut her eyes at the sound of another wagon, clenching her entire body in hopes of simply disappearing. "T-Terrible, Master Tashir. Like strips of f-fire." The woman hoped that he was done, having received the embarrassing words that she figured he wanted to hear. Or, was that just the foam on top of the Mead? Did he plan on continuing this until they got to their destination? Amber was sure that there was another town they had to go through!

Amber let out an uncharacteristic squeak as her less tolerant areas were swatted by the firm hand of her master. "A-Above is certainly the s-sharpening strap." She breathed through her soft yelps. This was a fact that she knew all too well. Tashir had only used it on her once before, for laying with another apprentice instead of studying. She'd never made that mistake again. "B-Below is...um, perhaps my brush?" It wasn't truly a question, but there were so many implements inferior to the two she listed, and it was hard to rank them so suddenly.

"Right!" Tashir al-Dalasin said, beginning to swat harder on her thighs and buttocks, rounded and raised. "And-if-I-catch-you-day-dream-ing-a-gain-I-will-use-the-sharp-en-ing-strap, a-birch-switch, and-your-brush."

He paused and then gave three full-force whacks, one on each side of her sit spot and then one across the center of it, as he asked, "Is. That. Clear?"

"Yes, Master Tashir!" Amber whimpered, Her nails digging into the side of the wagon that she had a grip on. Her bottom had to be at least a shade darker than pink, but the blush on her face was scarlet. Not entirely from the pain, but the embarrassment of her punishment. The traveler was sure to tell everybody that would listen of what he saw!
