It was a bright summer morning in Gotham, at least it would have looked bright if they weren't in the watch tower, which happened to be in space! Dick Grayson aka Robin was sitting in Batman's room humming softly as he built some legos, which was a regular thing for a seven year old to do.

It had been a few months since he was adopted, and the first time he was ever in the watch tower, that's why he was in the room. Nobody knew about him and he was told to stay put, but Robin had finished all the juice in his snack box, sitting up as he decided to try and find more juice outside.

It had been an interesting few months for Bruce, adopting a young child was a lot on anyone. He hadn't attended a meeting at the Watch Tower since Dick had come into his life... but today he had no choice. So he left his seven-year-old in his room and thought that would be it. No one had to know yet about him. It was just for him.

But that didn't last. As the small child wandered the halls of the Watch Tower, it didn't take long before someone ran into him. That someone was Green Arrow, "Woah there! Where'd you come from, little guy?" He asked, getting down to the child's level.

Robin stared up at the man, trying to think of something before he pointed to the door ahead of them, it made the most sense, that's how Batman brought him inside. Holding his juice bottle in his hand, he continued walking, determined to find something to drink, goldfish crackers would make anyone really thirsty!

With his Lego set waiting Robin didn't want to take too long plus nobody was supposed to see him, so the boy went on his tippy toes to be as quiet as possible.

Green Arrow looked to where the little boy had been pointing. That's weird, that's the entrance from the zeta tubes. Really only League members came from in there. He was distracted for just a minute and when he turned back the boy was walking away, "Woah there!" He said, running over to catch up with him.

"Where do you think you're going? How did you ever get up here?"

Robin was getting very annoyed when the man kept talking to him, looking up at him holding up his juice bottle,"I'm thirsty..",he stated before crossing his arms at all the questions.

"Daddy brought me.",he answered simply,"You know where the kitchen is?",Robin asked in curiosity.

GA was just very confused by all of this, he had been in the League for over a year and he had never heard of a child on the Watch Tower. This was just so bizarre, "Thirsty... right," He said noticing the juice bottle.

His eyes went wide when he said 'daddy' brought him... did any of the League have kids? "Your dad? Who's that?" He asked. At the mention of the kitchen, he started to point before stopping, "Here, I'll just take you."

Robin perked up when he said he'd take him there, reaching over he took the man's hand, looking up as he was ready to be brought over to the kitchen. At least he ended up being useful.

He went quiet once he asked who his dad was, unsure if he should tell him before grinning as he thought of a way, letting go of his hand. Robin walked ahead of him, lifting his shoulders to make them seem bigger, scowling and walking around,"Grr!".

GA was surprised when the boy took his hand, OK he had not been expecting that even if he had said he'd take him to the kitchen. He just started walking toward it, confused.

Who was this cute little kid and where on Earth did he come from? And where was his dad?

He looked down when he felt the young boy let go of his hand, more confused. Then he started walking around all weird. This was weird. Where was someone else - someone good with kids - when he needed them, "What are you doing? No one scowls that much except maybe Batman..."

Robin nodded towards him once he got it,"That's my Daddy!",he said happily before taking his hand again ready to go on his juice journey again. He didn't tell the man he guessed it, all was fair when he guessed it, at least that's what he thought.

"Do you have good juice?",he asked more to pass the time,"Are you a superhero? Oh do you have powers? What can you do?".

He froze when the boy said Batman of all people was his dad, that was the last person he had expected the boy to say, "B-Batman... is your father?" He said in shock. Just... completely and utterly shocked.

He started taking the boy back to the cafeteria where he could get his drink as he asked a million question, "Um... I don't know, never had it. I am a hero. I don't have any powers. I use a bow and arrow," He tried to keep up with all the questions.
