Haru leaned back on a desk, watching the scene unfold with a thin smile. Both Derek and Hunter were being rather....adorable to her. Not that she'd say that out loud.

Derek decided to ignore his girlfriend's bemused glance and patted the cadet's back. "Good. Now, as I've already said, it was your teachers and the nurse that sent you here. I've said that before but, well...you seem to have selective hearing. You work very hard Hunter, but hurting yourself is not something we have to option to allow," he said in a brotherly way patting the girl on the head. "And since you won't owe up to this problem, I feel I have one way left to get through to you," he stated seriously. He picked the girl up in his mighty arms and stood up, moving over the bed and setting her down. He sat on the bed and patted his lap again, though this time in a somewhat more menacing manner.

"Get over my knee, Miss Hunter."

Hunter tensed at the contact, and kept looking straight ahead, she did not get this, not its purpose, nor its cause, she just knew that she wanted to return to her duties and that the pair that were near her were not making any sense to her.

“Sir” She said then, requesting permission to speak since it made no sense that she was sent here if she still had work to do, it would only end up in her having to work all night long… once more.

As he patted her head she couldn’t help but try to evade the contact, not because she was being defiant, but because it brought many bad memories and she’d rather evade it, also because it was not something that a superior would do.

As she was picked up her body jumped in confusion, in surprise and in tension, when he set her down she just didn’t know what else to think and was looking ahead, shoulders tensed and gaze unfeeling.

And you might think you're being a good little soldier right now, but all you're doing is putting yourself in danger and, whether you realize it or not, disrespecting yourself and your upperclassmen AND your teachers, all of whom are concerned for you. Because we care," she explained in a deep, tender voice. "So..." she cooed, looking at Derek with an impish grin.

Derek sighed looked at the younger girl. "I'm afraid I'm going to give you a spanking, young lady."

“Ma’am, I’m not disrespecting my teachers” Hunter said respectfully. “They ordered me to have that work done, they even reminded that of me today, not to accomplish it would be disrespectful and could even get me expelled. I do not wish that, ma’am” She said softly while looking away, she really didn’t want to be expelled. “Care?” She asked then looking at Haru. “Ma’am, with all due respect, there’s no care, we obey orders, and that’s what I’m doing right now, I’m obeying Commander Sisko, General Caleb and Commander Morad, I might be pushing myself, but I’d rather that than to be expelled” She said while looking down to the floor.

“I’m sorry if you think that I’m disrespecting you, ma’am, but we are to obey following the hierarchy they give us, so I will keep accomplishing the works they tell me, the teachers might be worried, and I’m sorry, but they are not the General nor the Commanders”

As Derek spoke the cadet nodded respectfully. “If that’s what you wish, sir” She said then, she wasn’t sure if that was against the rules or not, usually the teachers were the ones to administer the punishment, or, in the worse cases, the Commanders, but if that would get her out of here sooner and allow her to work she would accept it.

Haru sighed at the girl's retort, amazed by the girl's stubbornness. She seemed to be a very talented kid, but by the god's did she need to loosen up a bit. Haru almost wanted to spank the kid herself...but Derek was certainly the expert in the room. This kid was going to turn to putty over his lap. Besides the nurse, no one on campus spanked harder. Derek shook his head wistfully. "It's not what I want that matters. Hunter was not being a brat, but was totally confused on the situation, she had been taught to obey, and obey she did, so whenever she faced a situation where her obedience was practically being punished she got confused about it. The kid was quite closed because in fact she was just young and scared into obedience; her education had been military type so every order was to be obeyed, even when she didn’t want or if it was hazardous to her, her father had been a general who had had to retire due a reason that she did not know. She was used to have this kind of serious wall around her at all times, suppressing any other aspect from pain to sorrow to laughter, so yes, maybe breaking that wall would do her good. If he managed to do such a feat after the years that Hunter had had that “shield” with her.

Hunter had been just serious the whole time, not doing anything more than clench her teeth, she had been beaten pretty badly before so this was nothing new to her, if it was what was needed for her to be able to retire she would take it, not like she had any other alternative. It stopped and she wondered if it was done with. There was a pause in which she breathed deeply in and out before focusing again.

The man tapped her behind and she knew that it would resume now, she clenched her teeth and just accepted it, she knew better than to fight any punishment. The slap came down, searing and painful, it surprised her that it could be comparable to a belt slash, but she managed to clench her teeth harder and try to take it, it was harder than almost anyone had hit her, with the exception of her father. She gulped silently and clenched her throat to not to allow any complain out as the second slap came. It was tiring, she was starting to gasp now but he hadn’t broken in yet, the punishment continued and strangled yelps were caught in her throat, she was sweating but the wall was still up, she couldn’t cry because it had been so long since she last had cried that she just couldn’t do it yet, even if the pain was like having hot iron on her behind now.

She tried to take her head out from the other girl’s hold, the comfort was unbearable, even more than the spanking, even when the spanking had taken a direction for her sitspots.
