Toddlers In Command

It was a regular day for the starfleet, well it started out normal, Spock had went to his quarters to sleep after Bones kept insisting on it for hours and so he was lying down when a light flashed in his room. In the morning Spock awoke slowly rubbing his eyes and looked around,'Weird the bed looks much smaller than I recall it. ',he thought then walked to the mirror looking at himself. And he was shocked by what he saw, there was a toddler stuck in his mirror well...it could be him but he wasn't how humans say it adorable. "How could this have hawpend? I mean hapwend!!", he said trying to pronounce to now difficult word." What was puzzling was that he was wearing blue footie PJs with a name tag that was sewn in that said Spock in cute hand writing. The Vulcan toddler ran to his captains room in a hurry rushing past Bones and Scotty in the process and didn't knock just rushed in,"Capwtian! We have an emergency! ",he cried.

Jim had argued with engineer Scotty about not getting enough sleep, and Jim had effectively lost that argument when he was sent to bed to sleep for a few hours. He woke up and sat up when he heard Spock rush in. His eyes were much larger, hair a light blonde and he looked nothing more than a little four year old. "'pock! You wook diffywent!" he told him and then frowned at the sound of his own voice, "Diff...diffy...went...no...um...I can't shay it..." he whined and got down from the bed.

Bones was on his way to tell Spock it was time to get up, and he was surprised when a young Vulcan toddler came whizzing past. He sent a look to Scotty and then hurried after the little Spock. "Spock?! Is that you? What the damn hell?!" he gasped, reaching down and plucking the little Vulcan child up.

"'Cotty!" Jim whined when Scotty came in, and he made a move to get off the bed but took a tumble, not realizing how high up the bed was. And of course, little toddler Jim started to cry. "Huuuuuwts!!"

Spock looked up at Jim in shock at what his captain looked like. ,"Capwaian! Capwain!...Wain...no I mean twain! Gah! Sir! We have been weducwed...weduc...turned into woddlews!",he said waving his little arms in frustration. "Dis! Twis! Grr... Is not wossible! Wossi-ble! Warn it!", he cried hating how he spoke now.

When Bones picked him up he struggled in his arms," Wut mes down! Wones! Are you wazy!",the Vulcan asked him struggling. "I'm an awult still!! Stwpid Wocabuwary!", he huffed trying to get away. He got an toddler impulse and started biting Bones hand to let him go but he didn't know why.

Scotty was surprised when Spock ran past them as a toddler! " What in the blazes?? ",he said following Bines and walked in seeing little Jim. " Oh sir are you okay?",he asked picking him up rubbing his knee where he hit it. "Why the hell are you toddlers? Alright did you two transport to some planet and we didn't know?"

Bones hissed when Spock decided he wanted to bite his hand and he shook his head. Out of impulse he gave Spock's little bottom five firm smacks. "Don't you bite me, Spock!" he scolded and then sighed, balancing the toddler second in command on his hip, wondering what the hell they should do now. "I won't put'cha down til we figure this mess out, damn it." he told him.

Jim just sobbed as hard as a little toddler could. Pain was much harder to endure when he was that small and he didn't like it. "Huwted 'Cotty..." he whimpered and shook his head. "Nuh uh...no twavels...dunno wat happyend..." he explained and started squirming. "Downs! Gotsa command thip!" he told him, kicking his legs hard and kicking Scotty in the groin. "Put downs! Ish Cappin!" he told him.

He yelped at the smacks and glared up at the man while he was held to his hip trying to push off him,"I can takes care of mywelf Wones! I wommand to be puts down! I wan down!",he huffed squirming and wouldn't keep still for awhile using his strength being stronger than most toddlers he pushed his feet against Bones legs and lifted himself off him before making a pump push and landing on the bed scurrying out the room to the bridge.

Scotty rocked him slowly as he bawled away,"Calm down sir. Its okay you only got a little scrap nothing to cry about little one Shh.",he said softly. He held him when he started struggling and grunted when kicked in the groin,"Ah! Jim!",he said sternly smacking his bottom six times.

"Damn it Spock!" McCoy groaned as he raced out of the room and toward the bridge, his legs were longer and so it didn't take him long to catch up with the little Vulcan. "Right, for that, yer goin' in time out!" he scolded, carrying him back and sitting him down on the bed, "I'm putting you here cause you're giving me attitude, when you're ready, you can apologize and come out." he told him.

Jim squeaked in pain as Scotty spanked his bottom six times, the little one's face scrunched up and he began bawling as though he'd just been smacked in the face, big tears sliding down his chubby cheeks.

Spock Yipped at being picked up,"Nuu! Put mes down pwease!",he said giving way to his toddler language and impulses. "I don't wanna wime out! Wones nuu!", he said kicking to get away. The boy tried to get down off the bed but his little drop seat snagged onto the blanket hanging in mid air looking all adorable. With his drop seat down he was wearing diapers with cute stars all around them. Spock looked about three years old and was trying to get off the bed.

Scotty sighed when Jim started squeaking away at the smacks the expression on his face made Scotty shrink slightly in guilt of swatting him." Shh its okay Jim. I'm sorry for having to do that but kicking is naughty! And you hurt me.",he said softly wiping the tears away while rocking him about in his arms humming away.

(I just thought of a cute comic idea, like the tot diaries of Spock and Jim)

Bones sighed a little and stooped down to scoop little spock up, patting his diapered bum. "Spock, when I put you in time out, you will stay there." he told him firmly and set the little three year old back down on the bed, standing by to make sure that the tot didn't go running off again. "If you get out of time out, I will pull down your diaper and smack your little bare bum, do you understand?"

Jim hollered and wailed, unable to control that certain reaction to pain. He didn't mean to make Scotty feel bad or anything like that. "I sowwwy!!!!" he wailed, "Want pacci!!!!" he sobbed, wanting a pacifier all of a sudden because of his basic toddler needs. A pacifier certainly helped to comfort little toddlers. "WANTS!!!!!"

Spock whined as he sat on the bed again rubbing his little diapered bottom thinking about the spanking. "I don't wanna panking ons my bawe wottom!",he whined squirming about on the bed. " I'm sorry Wones! Can I come down now pwease?",he begged with teary eyes.

Scotty went to get the transporter and get a pacifer transported over here. "Do you want a red, blue, or green one?", he asked the toddler bouncing him in the arms smiling. " You want a drink or some food? Come I'll get you scrambled eggs little one.",he said.

Bones smiled when Spock apologized, and when three minutes were up, he went to the toddler and cuddled him close. "Okay kiddo, I forgive you." he said softly and picked him up, cradling his head to his shoulder. "Are you going to be a good boy now?" he asked, raising a brow at the little toddler form of Spock.

Jim picked out the green one and sucked on it, tears still rolling down his young face. Jim was a weepy little thing at this age, bright blue eyes water and he was sniffing and hiccupping. He shook his head when he asked about scrambled eggs. "Wants miwk!" he whined, rubbing his eye and hiccupping some more.
