They hopped on the train and rode for awhile before stopping. "I know a really lovely coffee shop here, if you want to stop?" she said, smiling at him. "It's normally not too busy so we can focus on our homework."

They made small talk as they walked through the many streets and passed several buildings. Finally they arrived at a small but lovely coffeeshop. Yuki had actually thought about having a date with Takashi here once...They ordered their drinks, then went upstairs where there was a small lounge with couches and tables where they could do their homework. Only a couple people were there, and they were reading or listening to music on headphones.

Takashi was rather impressed by this place. "This place is really nice." he complemented as he took out his homework and out it on the table. "Is there anything you need help with with? Like math or something?" he then offered to help her.

"Oh, actually, I think I'm alright. I have pretty high grades right now, and I think I've caught up on everything I need to, save for today's homework..." All this was true, but then she blushed brightly and quickly added, "I'm not trying to brag! I hope you don't think I was...so um...did you...need help with anything?"

Takashi chuckled and shook his head "No, that makes two of us then. I'm glad to hear you're doing well in school. I'm sure you're parents makes sure of that... mine sure do." he said while he was getting started on his homework, starting with math. "My Mom and Dad are very strict when it comes to school. If I get even one B I get a stern talking to... any grades lower than that and... well let's just say I wouldn't be able to sit comfortably the next day."

"Ha, your parents too?" she replied, imagining Takashi getting a spanking, and the image was rather cute. She opened up her books and began her homework.

Takashi chuckled "Yea... but they're pretty lenient about everything else though. Once I get my homework done I can do whatever I want... except skip curfew... that's another thing." He chuckled. How are your parents?" he asked.

"Um...pretty lenient for the most part. Dad's often busy, so Mom is the one who's lucky enough to deal with me, haha..." She didn't want to tell him that her last punishment was because she was a huge brat, and not because of something like schoolwork. "They're good people though."

"I never assumed they weren't... perhaps we should concentrate on our homework now. We'll talk more later." he said. And for the next hour, it was dead silence between them. When Takashi finished he leaned back and sighed with relief. "Finally done..." he exhaled.
