Troublesome Elvlings

Elrond landed a few more hard swats, holding his sons over his knees. He stopped the spanking, and pulled them into his arms, kissing their cheeks, and rubbing their damp hair from damper faces.
"Hush, little ones. Ada is here, and I love you. All is forgivened, ions nin," he soothed them.


Legolas sobbed into his chest, clinging to the robes, his backside blazing. He wondered just how long it would take him to walk home to Mirkwood, as he was sure he'd never sit a horse again.

The young twins couldn't form words, but sobbed into their Ada's robes. They were sure there would be cuts and bruises, and they would never sit again.
"Hurt...Ada..." Elrohir whimpered out.

Thranduil began to rub the heaving back pressed against him. "You are loved and forgiven Legolas." He gently tilted the flushed face back and kissed the red cheeks. "It is late, and you would do well with a good night's sleep. I will stay with you." He brushed the sold blond locks out of his son's face.

Elrond held them close, kissing heads, and rubbing their backs.
"I know, my sons," he said, softly.
"Come, let us go to your rooms. You may sleep together, if you wish," he said. He'd always wanted to sleep with Elros after a punishment.


Legolas held to him, trying to calm his tears.
"I am sorry, Ada," he moaned, after several long minutes of crying. He lenaed close to his ada, sniffling, and running a small hand through his ada's silky golden hair.

They smiled weakly, whimpering when they tried to stand. The two held out their arms yet again, asking to be carried. "Will you stay Ada?"
"Please Ada?"

"I know ion nin." He kissed the damp skin again and let his son play with his hair. He himself had done the same with Oropher, many years ago. "Let us get you a nightshirt and we will sleep together."

Elrond smiled a bit.
"Of couse," he said, moving to his own room. He usually had a few of their nightshirts in his room, so he turned to help them dress. He knew they felt like they were cut and bleeding, but in truth, only well reddened.

Legolas sniffled quite a bit, and nodded, already filling tired.
"May I have a drink of water, Ada?" he asked, softly.

They yawned, curling up on either side of the soft bed in Elrond's room. The day's excitement took its toll on the young bodies and they fell asleep quickly. Elladan and Elrohir quickly snuggled up to their father, warm and content.

"Of course Little One." Thranduil poured his beloved child some water, and then dressed the little elf in a nightshirt. He dressed himself and then lifted Legolas onto the bed, settling the child against his broad chest. "Sleep now, Ion."

Elrond settled back between his sons, and felt himself relax into sleep. It seemed he would have to replan the delegate dinner, and do some clever speeches to ensure that the prank hadn't been meant as an act of war.

Legolas snuggled close to him, fully content to lay on his stomach. He reached back and rubbed his bottom a bit.
"Ada, I do not want to be spanked with a switch again," he said, sleepily.

Elladan and Elrohr slept contentedly up until around one or so in the morning. Elladan began to dream that the prank had gone horribly wrong and his beloved Ada had been killed. He began to whimper in his sleep, curling up into a ball.

"Then do not do anything so naughty again." Thranduil chuckled and kissed the blonde on the head. "Sleep now Little One." He waited until Legolas fell asleep before doing the same himself.

Elrond, ever a light sleeper, awoke, and rubbed his son's back a bit, worried for him.
"Shh, Elladan, Ada is here," he murmured softly.

Legolas snuggled to him, and slept, very glad to have his ada with him.

Elladan grabbed his Ada's hand, snuggling closer and sighing happily. "Love...you...Ada..."

Thranduil cuddled his child, kissing his cheek. "Sleep well Little One...I love you very much..."
