My first post. First off all I apoligize for my english, it is not my native language. So to the point, well many of these all alrady made but there is no such thing as too much good.

Naruto: Hinata(By Naruto, Neji or perhamps one of her teammates), Ino(By Sasuke for not leaving him alone.), Sakura(Just too damn spankable), Tenten(Miss I know it all) and Tsunade(By Jiraya, just a personal favor for the guy I know he would like to)
Samurai Champloo: Fuu(By Jin and Mugen at the same time, she so deservers it)

Most of the female characters from Chrono Trigger are very cute and spankable. Especially Marle-heck, one of her special moves is a taunt where she spanks her own butt briefly.

(Not Ayla though, as she'd likely rip the arms off anyone who tried.)
