Poke'mon's Ash. Are you thinking of DVD 1 cover? She was just tucked under his arm. Granted that is a great position for spanking but i don't think that was the original intention for it.

I would say Fuu from Samurai Champloo. Palcomix did a pic of her getting spanked for always getting kidnapped and it was fantastic.
