What is the site policy about uploading edited pictures? By that I mean pictures I haven't drawn myself or don't know the artist of, but have tweaked with the GIMP. Sometimes I find a picture that is just asking for some red colour and tears to be added, so I've done that to a few for my own enjoyment. If it's not a problem, I could upload the better ones here.

Also, if such edits are ok, what gallery section would be best suitable for them?

I'm not particularly happy with the idea, frankly. Taking pictures that arn't spanking and making them into said spanking would probably not be a good thing for the original artist and credit or not, they'd not be happy - in fact, I'm sure many of them will be mad. ESPECIALLY if you went and swiped it from DA.

I'm just not happy with it at all. Sorry.
