Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Somehow I think Dominate would be better if you actually want to punish them...
As they KNOW their body's being controlled.

Dominate 1 would be tricky, as it's limited to one word commands. Dominate 2, well, does submit to a spanking count as endangering oneself? I'd say yes, so 5 successes would be needed. But a mortal's willpower wouldn't be that high, so these succeses may come rather easy. If we assume 3 willpower, then 8 out of 10 rolls will be succesful, but there's sill the risk of rolling a one. I guess if you can roll with 7 dice you can exspect to suceed. The roll in question is manipulation + leadership, which is quite doable.
Presence 3 entracement should suffice.

the only thing is if you want to punish them the emotions generated by presence may be counterproductive to your aims.
