Neal's face dropped immediately at that, the man had adopted him and now he was sending him back to prison? What kind of sick joke was he playing, "Peter, please! Don't send me back to prison, I'm sorry!" he pleaded, eyes wide and full of fear.

Oh damn it. That look. Peter sighed. He had no other idea in the first few moments than mentioning the prison and now he already felt kind of guilty for doing this to Neal. He sighed again and looked at Neal for a long moment. "Well...there is another solution, but I doubt you would like that...", he said slowly, not sure how to tell him what just came into his mind.

Neal bit his lip and waited for his new Father to re consider and thankfully a different solution was brought up. "Anything Peter! Anything, just not prison!" he pleaded, looking at the man and awaiting his other idea.

Peter looked at Neal again and his smile appeared. That one special smile that meant nothing good. "Really....everything?", he asked and went over. "Well, we should go somewhere more private then", he said and took Neal by the arm. His office just had walls made out of glass and he didn't want anybody to witness this.

Neal was un-eased by that smile and he chewed his lip harder now, wondering what the man was plotting. "W-Why?" he asked, allowing himself to be lead by the arm. "Peter.....you're scaring me....." he whimpered, following him.

Peter grinned. "I know", he said and sounded almost happily. Quickly, they went to Peters house. Elizabeth wasn't at home, not even in town and so nobody would be disturbed. Peter sat down on the couch and looked at Neal who stood in front of him. "I have decided that you, as my son, earned a spanking for what you did. Now, bend over", he told him as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

Neal was starting to wonder if Peter was going to take him somewhere and shoot him, just kill him and get him out of his life for good. It all made sense, he adopted him to change his name so no one would know Neal Caffrey was killed. He followed Peter inside the house, expecting to see a gun on the table or something. When Peter sat down, and explained that he was getting a spanking, Neal was stunned. "Y-You're not going to shoot me Peter?" he asked and then it clicked. "Wait.....I'm not a kid! You can't spank me!"

"Why would I shoot you dummy? You are very usefull for the FBI!", Peter said and stood up again. "I thought you would say something like that", he said calmly and pulled Neal over to him, bending him over as he sat down again and holding him tightly. "You know that it was not my decision to do this to you. It was yours to receive it because you misbehaved", he said calmly.

Neal yelped as he was brought over the man's knee. "Peter!! You can't do this, this is assault and I can get you arrested!" he answered, kicking his legs. He had forgotten about the adoption thing.

"Yes I can, you are my son now!", the FBI Agent answered slightly upset. "Now don't act like a little kid Neal, this is your own fault", he said and pulled down his pants and boxers in one swift move. He hold the man down tightly and rose his hand, bringing it down hard.
