"Ha! Just as I was expecting! right on que!" she said as she held him down firmly as he tussled a bit. " And that's right! you ARE sixteen!" she said angerly at him as she pulled his arm back. "You're TOO old to be fighting with dopes like Naruto, and you are TOO young to be drinking sake! That's my job there punk!" she scolded quite harshly.

Tsume then did the ultimate, and started to unbluckle Kiba's pants.

"And this is why, this is going to be BARE-ASSED!"

"Unf unf . . . damnit mom, I--wait, what?" Kiba bucked around on his mom's lap, trying unsuccessfully to free himself from his mom's grip. That is, until he felt his pants getting undone. "NO WAY! MAAA!" he roared, face flushing as they got yanked down to his knees and his lucky dog-bone boxers came into view. And he knew those wouldn't stay up for long.

Although Kiba had gotten spanked semi-regularly as a child, like most kids in Konoha, the last time he'd been over his mom's lap had been as a Genin. " A chuunin huh? More like a little boy inside a big boys body!" she said quite roughly while restraining him with her overly strong left arm. "Besides, chuunin or not, you my Kiba, will NEVER been too old or high ranked to be taken over my knee! UNDERSTAND!?"

That's when she let down the first hard, stinging smack on his right muscular cheek. Making sure it was as painful as it could be. This, was not going to end well for Kiba and his own end. No maternal instincts were going to effect her this time!

She then laid own 5 more without hesitation, each one harder then the last.

"OW!" Kiba let out a loud yelp at the first swat, and bucked hard. His mom had him pinned good, however, and he had no choice but to take his medicine. She wasn't holding back at all, and he knew there must be a handprint indentation rising on his cheek, probably complete with fingernails. Five more cracks of his mother's palm slammed into his butt, and he cried out at each one. "Ow, ouch, oh, ooh, YOW!"

It'd been a long time since Kiba had known this kind of pain. Maybe too long. He'd forgotten how easy it was for a more experienced nin to trap him over their knee, bare his backside, and raze the flesh of his ass.

"Damnit, ma, stop it! You can't DO this!" he continued to protest stupidly, not knowing what else to do. Tsume was showing him just what his rank was in the Inuzuka clan, and he didn't like it one bit. "Stop right NOW!"

Tsume grew slightly more angry with her son screaming at her to stop doing what she was doing. This made her both angry at her and herself, she had delayed a punishment like this on Kiba for too long and now he had seemed to had slightly lost what actions you were supposed to take when you were over the lap of an elder, let alone his own mother!

"Kiba! You will stop this screaming and struggling right now! You call yourself sixteen and a chuunin and you are acting just as you were when you were a little boy! Take like a man which you claim to be!" she scolded while not losing her abusive beat on his now rosy backside. "Besides, I brought this butt into the world, I'm free to do what I with it!"

She then paused for a second, in her own choice she was raising chakra into her right palm, about to make her smacks harder and horribly painful,
"Show me you can take it like a man, Kiba! Till then you are a little boy!"

She then laid down 3 deafening thwacks on, turning it 2 shades brighter with every lick of her palm on his muscular ass. She knew this would soon break him and put him in his place.

"But I'm NOT a little boy anymore, ma, so stop treating me like one!" Kiba yelled back defiantly, baring his canines and twisting savagely. He glowered, growled, grimaced, and gritted his teeth as the spanking went on, his firm buttocks bouncing with every swat. Try as he might, he couldn't get away from his mother's sure hand, which was experienced with beating Inuzuka rears of all ages.

It was a long throaty cry that alerted every neighbor in range that, yep, another Inuzuka nin was getting his ass handed to him by the powerful matriarch.

Tsume simply ignored her sons bitching and continued her aching blows on his now bouncing, raw ass. When she finished those 3 chakra spanks she was becoming satisfied with the results, by hearing Kiba give those powerful cries and his pleading to it. she then suddenly could smell the salty tears in Kiba's eye and she knew she was getting close.

7 more chakra spanks were laid.

"AOOWWW, SHIT MOM!--YOWWW! THAT STINGS LIKE A MOTHER FUC--OUCHHH!" Kiba roared as his mother really put her all into blistering his ass. So, she gathered up the rest of her chakra she had and putting it straight to her palm, she knew this was her final, climatic blow that will do the job.

"I love you, Kiba." she said rather creepishly calm, and laid the last smack that would surly finish this deed, and break her son into wailing, submissive mess of tears.

"OOOYOOOHHHHOWWWW!" That last spank seemed harder than any other Kiba had ever felt in his life. Like a Piercing Fang drilling into his rump. Like a Rasengan exploding across his buns. Like a Front Lotus slamming through his cheeks. Kiba was seriously doubting whether he'd ever be able to sit down again after taking it. Like a dam breaking loose, tears burst forth and ran down his face in messy waves, and he let out one last mournful howl. Kiba collapsed bodily over his mother's knee, all the fight and arrogance literally beat out of him.

Lesson learnt: Don't fuck with Mama Inuzuka.
