Once Ciri was inside, he locked the door and rested his back on it as he waited for Ciri to obey. Arms crossed and eyes a bit narrowed, the Witcher thought about Yen's actions.

She'd left Ciri alone. While he knew Ciri could protect herself if she had to, both he and Yen felt she shouldn't have to on most occasions. When he tried to talk with Yennifer about it before she'd grown angry and snapped at him. He vowed mentally to give her the very same medicine he was about to deliver to Ciri if she kept the attitude problem when he tried to talk with her later.

Ciri had a lot to say against it. For example, she had a very thin chance to meet an enemy more skilled then herself (or so she belived). She hated the way Geralt was talking to her - she was a grown woamn... almost, she was a warrior and the queen, not some little brat!.. But Ciri swallowed all these protests because of how the witcher looked at her and because of his last warning. He took a switch once, then she really was a child and run away to Brokilon, and the girl's buttcks clenched nad itched immedately, remembering that time very well. Even if Ciri's head wanted to fight and argue, her behind knew better.

The teen walked in, just to meet very worried Yennifer, who run to the door as soon as she heard the knocking. "Where you were?! Are you all right? What's with your ear?.." the woman asked her hastily, acting not like her usual haughty self. "I'm all right, tahnks to Geralt" Ciri answered ina starined tone, blushing a bit and ignoring teh question about her ear. "I am sorry I left without warning and made you worry. Please, forgive me. I... It won't happen again. Sorry..." The teen was forced to say it, but as she did, looking into Yennifer's big saphire-like eyes, Ciri realised that she, indeed, made her worry very much, and that was something to be ashamed about.

Yennifer meanwhile collected herself a little. "That's all right. But it better not to happen again, and I mean it. There are many maical ways to hold you at home" she said in a more distant tone then before, but her eyes were wet as she was talking.

"I... need to go to my room" Ciri mumbled. She went upstairs and faced the corner. It was very, very emberrassing, and she ahted every second of that wait, but... Geralt's switch at Brokilon was even worse.

Geralt remained in silence for their entire conversation, limiting himself to watch as Ciri and Yennifer talked to each other. This was mostly because he wanted Ciri to realize on her own how worried she'd made them. When Yen asked about her ear, Geralt thought what Yen would think about the punishment he was about to deliver. She'd no doubt be able to hear it, so there was no point in trying to hide it from her. When Ciri finally left, the witcher slowly straightened his body. "Yen," He started. "We need to talk. Come with me" After a few days away, Geralt usually would be kissing Yennifer by now. This time he was more focused on dealing with other questions first. He walked to their shared room and waited for Yennifer to get in there before he started to speak.

"Ciri was in a pub. This alone would be bad, but she went to a pub somewhere in the less... civilized parts of the city." At the same time as he spoke, Geralt walked around the room and picked more comfortable clothes. As he started taking off his armor, he continued talking.
