Yugioh GX: New Lessons (for Bare Harold)

It was a normal day on Duel Academy Island, the sun was shining and a the students were out and about as they were trying to enjoy their off day from classes. It wasn’t long until a crowd of students formed, looking like they were forming a circle around something. Or in this case, someone.

Alexis Rhodes was walking past the scene and raised an eyebrow in confusion as this was definitely not a common sight to say the least. With a sigh, she began to push her way through the crowd, hoping to see what was causing such a ruckus

The person that the duel academy students were all standing around and praising was well-known duel monsters duelist Mai Valentine. A blond woman with a purple vest over a white shirt, white long arm sleeves, and a dark purple skirt with a black belt. Mai was stunning, popular and as stated a strong duelist.

Alexis pushed her way through the crowded and was very surprised to see Mai Valentine standing right there in front of her. The older blonde was very much a force in the pro dueling scene for years but has since not competed as much as she did when she was younger. The Obelisk Blue, dressed kn her white and blue school shirt and skirt, overheard the talks for praise for her skill and looks from the crowd and rolled her eyes. “Come on, she’s old new now anyways…”

Hearing that comment everyone gasps and Mai looks towards Alexis. "Old? Am I?" Mai questioned the girl in the white and blue uniform. "Compared to a rookie like you who hasn't been a pro duel, i think you're the last person to criticize me." She said.

Alexis scoffed and crossed her arms nonchalantly with a smile. “Please, we all know you’re just delusional now. Everyone just knows you as just one of the cheerleaders for the King Of Games.” She told the older duelist with great confidence

"Cheerleader?" Mai questioned with a twinge of annoyance. "Fine then if you think I'm so much of a cheerleader and a has been then I think you wouldn't have any problems beating me in a duel." Mai suggested. She was going to teach this girl a lesson in respect.

Alexis scoffed and approached the girl with a confident grin. “Fine but when I win, you have to tell everyone how much of a washed up hag you are after you apologize to me.” She said as she grabbed her deck and duel disk before readying herself

"Whatever you say, but if I win, then not only will you have to apologize to me but I get to teach you a lesson." Mai said back also grabbing her dueling deck and placing it in the duel disk. Once both girls were ready the duel commenced. However for Alexis things were looking well for her.

Alexis scoffed and rolled her eyes, thinking there was no way she could lose in this situation. But unfortunately, she will be proven to be mistaken as a few minutes later, she fell to her knees as her life points hit 0 and the crowd cheered for Mai

Mai smirked as she hardly lost any life points. Removing her duel disk and deck she looks at the loser of the duel and walks over to her. "So then is there anything you want to say to me first before we start teaching you a lesson?" She questioned the boy.
