Yugi looked at his hand and sighed. He could already tell he would probably win. "I play Silent Magician, Level 0!" Yugi said as he played his card. "I know attack Happy Lover," he said, with the magician's 1000 attack points being more than enough to destroy it. "i end my turn," Yugi said. He didn't want to beat Tea too badly, and he wanted to give her a chance to win. "My magician gains 500 attack points every time you draw," Yugi warned.

Tea drew her next card, which was Trap Master. She placed it on the field in defense mode. However, she placed Rush Recklessly on her field to back it up. She wasn't completely ignorant about cards, having watched Yugi and Joey play all this time.

Yugi smiled as he looked at her face-down card, wondering what it was. "I play Silent Swordsman, lv0," Yugi said as he played his card. It had 1500 attack points. "He gains 500 attack points during each of my standby phases," Yugi noted. "I now attack your face down monster with my swordsman," Yugi declared as he waited for Tea to show him her hidden monster.

Trap Master was easily destroyed. Because Tea didn't know about the effect of Yugi's monster card, her strategy hadn't worked out. Nervously, she drew her next card. It was Breath of Light, which she kept in her hand. She summoned Kanan the Swordmistress in attack mode and equipped one of her rarest cards that she kept just for Kanan: Legendary Sword. "Kanan, attack Yugi's monster!" Rush Recklessly would help defeat it.

Yugi sighed, a little disappointed. "Tea, you need to say which monster you are attacking," he reminded her. Normally, he would assume she was aiming for his swordsman, but he didn't know what her face-down card was. For all he knew, she wanted to destroy his magician with it. It was best to be sure.

"What's your face down card?' Yugi asked. "Currently you're 300 attack points short of my magician," he pointed out. "Since almost nobody has cards that activate in your hand, I can assume your face-down card will help you?" Even Yugi didn't have cards that activated in his hand.

"Sorry, sorry, I forgot!" She should have known Yugi wasn't a mind-reader. "It's Rush Recklessly. That should make it defeat Silent Magician... right?"

"That's correct. You're monster has 400 attack points more than my magician, and I have no facedowns," he confirmed as he placed the magician in the graveyard. He waited to see what else Tea would do since Rusk Recklessly's effect would end at the end of her turn, which would let Yugi's swordsman destroy it on his turn.

"Yes!" Tea grinned, happy to defeat his monster. However, she didn't have any plans to back it up with. At the end of the turn, Kanan would be destroyed. She knew she had another rare card, Negate Attack, somewhere in her deck, but that wouldn't help her. All she could do was end her turn and wait for Yugi to attack.
