Dean didn't know what to think when his Dad left him in charge with his younger fourteen year old brother Jude, but he didn't dare argue. Seeing it was pretty late in the day, he headed upstairs, knocked on the door before entering.

"Get yer ass up Jude, it's one in the afternoon!" he barked.

Jude groaned from the other side of the room, having been working on homework since nine o'clock last night--since he had school tomorrow. But he had been pretending to sleep whenever Dean was around. He pushed his notebook under his pillow and sat up.

"I am up. You blind?" The seventeen year old questioned.

"Yer not up, you still got yer ass in bed." Dean answered with a shake of his head, noticing his brother was hiding something and he walked toward him. "Get up, take a shower, I'll make yer bed. That a problem?" he asked, folding his arms and staring at the kid sternly.

"Dad left me in charge of you, so if you mess up, yer getting yer butt whooped."

Jude stuck his tongue out at Dean, but quickly pulled that back in when he marched over to him. He frowned. "No. But I'm not a little kid, Dean. I can make my own bed and wipe my own ass." He said dryly, shaking his head and grimacing.

"Ew. I'm too old for that." He pointed out, shaking his head.

Dean lost his patience fairly quickly and hauled the kid up and out of bed, swatting his ass three times, "Get in the shower now before I wash ya myself!" he barked and then pulled back the pillow, finding the undone homework and he sighed. "And consider yer ass blistered when you get outta there!" he added.

He then went downstairs.

Jude winced and yelped at the swats, feeling like a naughty kid getting smacked--which is exactly what he was. He groaned and rubbed his tired eyes, yawning. "Whatever, Dean." He said, yanking his arm out of Dean's grip and marching into the bathroom to take his stupid shower.

Dean shook his head, "And you can just earn yourself extra with that attitude!" he snapped back, waiting for his little brother downstairs, preparing a slipper to spank the kid with, he'd earned it. "Hurry up!" he barked up the stairs.

Jude got out of the shower and ignored Dean when he yelled for him to hurry up. He made sure his ass and legs were absolutely completely dry because getting spanked on a wet ass hurt. He wrapped the towel around his waist, since he was gonna be bare anyways, and headed downstairs with a dark expression.

Dean equalized the dark expression. "Want me to call Dad to come back here, from his day out and personally whip yer ass?" he asked him, knowing John would be pissed about having to come back home to do that. Dean reached out and grabbed Jude's arm, flipping him over his knee and raising the towel.

"Why didn'tcha do yer homework?!"

"I don't care. I didn't even do anything wrong." He growled right back at his elder brother, barely resisting as he pulled him over his knee and bared his bottom. "I've been working on it since I got home." Jude said dryly, sounding all of a tired teenager.
