It was about neutral territory, between the Land of Fire and the Land of Waves. Nearby a certain lake, a large battle was going on. There were three shinobi, two Jonin and a tracker Ninja, and their target was another shinobi from the Village Hidden in the Mist, like them. Even though he was younger then all of them (only 19) and outnumbered, he was about matched with them.

"Give it up, Kinyo! You can't beat us all!" one of the Jonin yelled.

"Really? Then I suppose I'll have to kill you one at a time to even the odds!" He answered. There was almost a bloodlust to his voice as he said that.

He rushed forwards, then leapt at one of the Jonin and kicked him in the face. He then spun in mid-air and kicked him again with his other foot. He then made two fists and brought them down hard on the guy's shoulders, eliciting a yell of pain. He then grabbed his shoulders and brought his knees into his chest, knocking him back and away from the other two. He pulled out eight kunai, four in each hand. The Jonin was starting to get to his feet. "Time to die." He ran forward and jabbed them all into his chest at once. "Frenzy of Pike!" The man let out a last breath of air and then fell to the ground.

Kinyo then turned back to the other ninjas, waiting for one of them to make the next move.

A young girl of probably about eighteen was walking through a dark forest. This particular forest surrounded a large lake. Something interesting was going on. The girl could sense a few people. Surely something interesting was going on. That was exactly the way she was heading. Putting thin arms behind her back she continued on he walk. A headband was hidden under the girl’s shirt, causing her to seem completely harmless. She was all but.

Coming to an opening, she spotted the lake. Her closed eyes slowly opened, revealing a pair of pale red eyes. Leaning against a nearby tree, she watched as the fight began. One against six, that didn’t seem very fair. Then again, as the fight began, he seemed to be able to handle himself. A curious feeling overtook the girl as she watched the small crowd. She wondered why they were after him, were they not all from the same village?

Thin arms slowly crossed over each other before leaning against her chest. A grin slowly spread across the girl’s face. “Things are becoming interesting. If he can’t take care of himself, I won’t mind helping him out.” She spoke slowly, keeping her gaze on the group for something exciting to happen.

Kinyo took a hold of the sword holstered on his back. The scabbard made the blade point vertically towards the ground. He grabbed the handle and with a thrust, sent the blade into the sky and out of sight. He then did several quick handsigns, yet nothing happened.

The Jonin did several handsigns of his own and summoned a Water Dragon. Kinyo leapt over it and landed a kick into his attacker's face, then vaulted over him. He then spun and using both arms, slammed his elbow into the man's back, from which a loud cracking noise was heard.

He then threw another Kunai at the tracked, yet when the kunai hit, he burst into bubbles. Kinyo blocked for a counterattack, but the bubbles suddenly surrounded him in a dome. His eyes moved as far as they could and he saw the Traker behind him with a hand in the Water Prison. "Game over, kid." He took a kunai out with his free hand.

The teen watched the fight, which only increased in interest as it continued. Thin hands moved to her hips as she watched. The young fighter had been doing well up until just a moment before. It seemed that the small group of ninja had decreased, but the tracker had been able to get the young runaway into a trap. Typical, and here she thought she’d be able to just lean back and watch the fight. Then again, what fun would it have been if she didn’t get involved?

Pushing herself off the tree, the young kunoichi brushed herself off. Perhaps a simple distraction would help the boy out of the prison. Making her way toward the two, the girl stared at the younger boy. A smile played on her face as she approached. However, just as suddenly as she had appeared, the black haired girl disappeared.

As the mist slowly moved, the girl’s shadow showed a hand on the Jonin’s shoulder. Her other hand rested calmly on the man’s head, a senbon rested in the Jonin’s head, along with one in every pressure point the man had. The girl had studied such things, and found it quite simple. Smiling over at the boy, she spoke. “Need a little help?”

Kinyo was surprised by the girl's appearance, but the tracker fell to the ground and the water holding him fell to the floor. "Thank you, although..." The sword he had thrown up earlier came falling out of the sky, landing right in the center of the tracker's back, going through his heart and into the ground. "The help was unnecessary." He pulled his sword out of the tracked then put it in the scabbard on his back. "So, what may I ask is someone like you doing all the way out here?"

The girl smiled at the male, her hands moving back behind her. Watching the sword land in the man’s back, right through his heart, red eyes stared at the stranger. She didn’t flinch when the sword fell, closer than it looked. Listening to the other, she held senbon in between each finger. A false move and things may have gotten violent. “I see…I was simply out on a walk and happened to see you in slight distress. Thought it would be kind of me to help.” She said simply, chuckling at the thought of being generous. She was not a nice person; her village knew it quite well.

"I see." Kinyo said, looking her over. It was obvious that he didn't buy it. "So, what's your name anyway?"

The girl gripped the senbon sitting in her palm. Slowly she began to speak. “It’s actually polite to state your own name before asking others theirs.” She nodded toward the man, her eyes slowly closing as she smiled to the other.

"Fine then. My name is Kinyo, formershinobi of the Village Hidden in the Mist." he told her. "Now how about you?" He figured since he gave his village, she'd do the same, that is, if she practiced what she preached.

“Ah, well it’s very nice to meet you Kinyo.” She stated, grinning at the male. How easily she had gotten the name and the village. She might as well tell him her name. “I’m Aiko.” She stated simply. “Now then, if you don’t mind. I’m going to continue my walk” she said, carefully taking a step around the male to walk away.
