What's your favorite part?

After checking out some pics and reading over some old Rp's it got me thinking. When you read about them or look at them in pic's, what is your favorite part of the spanking. Is it the pre-spanking part where the spankee tries to talk there way out of it? Or the spanking itself? What about the part that comes after? Like corner time or the post-spanking hug. Teasing about the spanking can be an interesting read.

Personally I like the part before, especially if the spankee tries to talk their way out of it. I enjoy seeing stuff like corner time and teasing, but I haven't read about them much, except in the legendary works of Lurking Dragon.

So tell us what your favorite part to see/read is. And explain too, if you have the time

Well, actually, I'm pretty indifferent when it comes to things like this. Every part of the spanking is nice to me, from the part where they're being led to where it will take place to when they're hugged and forgiven!

For me it's an overall effect, I love ageplay related stories, I prefer when the spankee has earned the spanking, and is forgiven afterwards (though a little corner-time before the forgiveness can work too)

Even indirectly earned spankings like Rejuve Pentialas can work when I'm in the right mood, so can other ageplay situations, like when the spanking is setup by a brat, but in the end the brat should get their comeuppance. Though role revesals don't tent to work for me, so you could say part of it is the power exchange in the story. Though thats not to say all tern about stories don't work Consentuals peers can do turn about, but if other wise the turn about should invole a 3rd character, like an older sibling/babysiter spanks, then inturn get spanked themselve by the parent works,

when it just a single picture rather than a story? I prefer a picture that gives enough clues that you can form a story around it.

Most members will probably answer that they like the whole situation, though I really like the after, when it involves hugs or other forms of love.

Corner Time for me, it has to be.
I just love it, the ritual and practise of it. It's not just the whole having to wait thing. It's just Ritual That I love. You'll see it not only in my pictures, but in my writing that it happens much the same way each time (with varying levels of fanservice depending on the characters).

I just like it as an end to the spanking (or a pause while the spanker moves onto another spankee or another implement). The spankee is ordered into the corner, or against a wall, nose facing it, not allowed to turn around (no matter what might be happening behind her/him or what might be happening to whom) and is told to place their hands on their head or behind their back. Kneeling is nice, it depends on the flooring and the character, standing might be better.
Nudity isn't a requirement of cornertime, but for adult or adultish characters I think it's excellent. What IS a requirement is for the spanked parties bottom to be on show, red and stinging in the no-doubt cooler air circulating the room.

I gotta say, I love the corner time more perhaps than the rest of the spanking sometimes.
I especially like simple, stand-alone pictures of a spanked girl just standing there, facing the wall with no introduction, no explaination and without showing either the spanking or the spanker - it's a picture where you don't need much more to be explained to the Nth degree.

I agree about corner time, it is a lovley thing to look at. I like it when something else is going on behind the person in the corner, but they can't look at it or risk more.

In fiction I like reading about it when it is between spankings, espcially a break between implements. Delveing into the spankee's mind and reading their anxious thoughts is what i am paticularly fond of.

There's no such thing as a non-favorite part of a spanking for me. Rob already talked about the joys of cornertime, so let me add another very interesting part of a spanking scene:

The moment where the spanker finally has had enough and proceeds to tell the soon-to-be-spankee that since she insists on behaving like a naughty child, she'll be treated like one*, and then proceeds to drag her to the nearest sittable surface. (Experienced spankers always take note of avaliable sittable surfaces in their vicinity)

The spankee can be indignantly complaining ("You cannot do this with me!"*), or already crying and pleading ("I'm sorry, I'll behave now, I promisse!"*), but in all cases she realizes what's coming for her, that she's seconds away of being placed over a lap to be spanked like a naughty little girl. This works even in the cases where she's actually a naughty little girl, since naughty little girls tend to think about their future only in the loosest, most favorable terms.
