Jane opened the valve a little more, making the water flow more intense. It would still take some time for the entire enema bag to travel into Liam's guts. Even well-behaved teens would probbaly groan before it's over, and judging by Liam's previous behaviour, she expected a real concert.

Liam grumbled. “You put it in my butt, though…” he didn’t argue, however. She would probably know more about how his body worked than he did.
He tensed up and cried out a little as she increased the flow, gritting his teeth and whimpering. It wasn’t painful, but it felt sort of like when he needed to pee, only…from somewhere else, if that made sense.

The nurse bent over the young man on the bed and started to softly rub his tummy. It shoul hel the water fill his guts more evenly and ease the discomfort. "And after it's all in, you'll have to hold it for a while" Jane warned. "It needs some time to take an effect. I won't have to change your bed, will I? Because I will be very, very unhappy if I do." She checked the enema bag - it was only half empty.

Liam sniffled slightly as she began to rub his stomach: it felt very soothing, and he relaxed slightly.
He groaned, however, when she told him he would have to hold it, and that she would be upset if she had to change his sheets. He couldn’t imagine how humiliating that would be, but her attitude about it irritated him.
