Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

When I was younger I was the one who was spanked, but not often enough. There was a girl a few years older who was not above takeing down my jeans and turning me over her knee for a good spanking, but this only happened about twice a month. So I experimented and found a way to self spank that greatly simulated her spankings, both the actual spanking and the aftermath. It was a matter of position, instrument and technique. Position : Put some pillows on the bed and lay over them, simulateing being over her knee. Only two instruments worked. One was a minature canoe paddle, 18 inches long. It was build as stoutly as a full size canoe paddle. The shank was 9 inches long with the paddle at the end. What is important is the handle is easy to firmly grasp and the weight is mostly at the spanking end. It was light enought to really flick fast. Technique. Hold the paddle in a back hand hold, similar to a back hand hold on a tennis racquet. administer the spanking with a quick and hard back hand flick. The resulting spanking was loud and really stung, just like hers. After about 3 spankings and hour apart my bottom was long lasting red and sore. The other instrument was quiet but more wicked. I taped a hairbrush to the flat end of a spatula. This was also about 18 inches long with the weight at the spanking end. You may spank with the flat or bristle side. The bristle side is quiet and at first only tingles, the aftermath is like you sat on a stove. A repeat of this will give you long lasting spanked bottom. After about 3 bristle spankings you will feel it through your jeans. Any one who sees your bottom will know you have been spanked. Your bottom will be so tender that a paddle will be felt much more than before. I certainly had to explain once when she took down my jeans and put me over her knee, why I had such a well spanked bottom. I made up a story, which got me an even harder spanking.

Does anybody know how to spank yourself so that it hurts but does not leave bruises?

I get bruises just from hand-spanking myself, and the spanking itself does not hurt very much. Is that normal or just me? T_T

I'm no doctor, but as someone who almost never bruises (even when being caned/paddled by someone else) I'm pretty sure that it has to do with your particular body. Since a bruise is when you break blood vessels without breaking your skin, it just depends on how strong your blood vessels are, I guess.

You could try using light implements that have a high-sting factor and not much impact like a ruler or a paint stirrer. I have a set of wooden stir-fry sticks that are long, thin, and flat but sting pretty well and are just heavy enough to satisfy better than a ruler, yet still don't impact much.

I spanked myself in my early teens when my grandmother (who raised me) had stopped punishing me by spanking. I found I missed the tingle afterward. I had an endrail on my bed over which I put pillows. I would move my vanity mirror so that I could watch. I usually used an 18-inch plastic ruler because your hand really doesn't work, it's too awkward. Eventually I used my great-grandmother's old hairbrush because it was embossed on the back, and would leave a pattern in red on my bottom. I thought that was just so awesomely neat. I also found that I could spank myself lightly, but for a long time, and it would leave me quite red (which I also found very rushy) but without hurting too much or bruising.

A technique that I discovered not too long ago builds to a VERY painful sting. I had discovered that when self-spanking, you alternate blows starting with the buttock thats on the same side of the swinging arm, for example( left arm, left buttock, right arm, right buttock). After you strike the first blow, you strike the other buttock with an equally hard swing, then you return to the starting buttock and strike it again, repeat the pattern as much as you want. It is a simple matter of "left, right, left or right, left, right. Works for almost all implement but the best results is with a paddle.

I agree about the paddle and alteration, welt. I use those almost every time I'm getting a self-spanking.
