Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
I'm uploading this one out of curiosity since I don't know how to read kanji. I don't particularly like it but my curiosity is getting the better of me.
She's Xiaomu from Namco X Capcom. (There's at least two pictures of her already, so I had to look it up.) She's saying: "Why do I have to go through this?" The characters on her bottom can mean "continuing in a position", which, I presume, refers to her appearing in Endless Frontier or maybe some newer game. Someone who knows the character would probably know.

<br><br>Maybe, but not the meaning of the kanji...<br><br>I think Zekeltarfos answered the question (pretty much) but, without the context of who the character is/what she's from/why we should know this, it loses a lot of meaning.<br><br>She definitely has that bored, "seriously? This? Again?" look on her face.<br></span>
You've got the kanji transliterated, all you have to do is to run it through some database... WWWJDIC or something.

Taking a guess here, but the left cheek says "continue" as in a sequel, and the right cheek says "join," so I'd say it probably has to do with her trying to be in the sequel.
