Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

I think the story is pretty much self-explanatory, but I'll post the idea I had in mind after the contest and voting are over, in case somebody wants to compare their understanding with it =)
Wow, this is really interesting, there is so much going on! xD I like it a lot, all the action and the pose is very cute, I love her face, seems like she was working there and destroyed that..spanking machine, is it? Almost looks like she did it on purpose by her grin, and that's her teacher/professor/supervisor? xD I like all the details, and the room trips me out because everything looks slightly warped. Did you do the BG in another medium, then scan it and warp it a bit in photoshop? And then add the characters afterwards? Really nice job on it all, from the folds of the wrinkles of her clothes, the details of her boots, the charred effect on the blueprint (with spanking stuff on it!) on the back wall, and many other miscillaneous items that add interest. Really well done!!<br>
There are some clues as to what happened, but I wouldn't say the picture's completely self-explanatory. Obviously, a spanking machine was being built, it got damaged by the woman and she's now enjoying a more old-fashioned punishment. Did she have an accident while working on the machine ? Did she deliberately damage it because she expected it would be used on her ? The fact that the spankee's smiling suggest the latter but I'm not really sure.
I like the style you used. The fact you used some slightly curved lines for the corners of the room and the angles of the machine creates an interesting impression. Both characters and their clothes look very good. I like the spankee's expression !

Erebus was pretty much got it right - these two were building the machine, then it blew up (in my head it was during an attempted test run, but there is no clues in the picture for that); the girl was the author of the idea and the mechanic, while her friend was mainly helping her out with the blueprints and such, but seems that the idea of spanking grew on him.
I guess why I thought that the story was obvious is because this is the second version of the drawing; in the first one, which was never finished they were deciding on who would be the test subject by means of pulling the short stick, and the girl was cheating - both sticks in her hand were long, so whatever the guy picks, she loses and thus is the test subject. For the same reason she's smiling in this pic, one way or the other she's getting what she wanted.
The background details are mostly random, except the fire extinguisher (which goes with the charred wall, duuuuh! btw, in the first version the fire was on the left, near the tanks; behind the metal sheets there is still a charred flask), the blueprints (the one on the right is actually for the machine, but it got a bit cut in the picture); the poster on the left wall is actually an old unfinished drawing of mine, Crow Jane is the song that was playing while I was finishing the drawing, and the signature across the poster actually reads childofpluto. Random trivia - there is six spanking implements in the picture (not including character's own hands), I actually own an exactly same pair of boots the girl's wearing, and the white thing she's wearing is a lab coat =)
