Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

QueenTut, I live in the south, and I can tell ya that not everyone is abstinent. Atleast now in my part of it. I do like the idea behind it. I've read that pregnant girls have gotten paddled in school and miscarried because of it :/

I think paddling/caning ppl is insane cos it shows them that violence is acceptable in society, and doesn't it mean the teacher needs to be caned themselves lol for using violence! And I guess I shouldn't stereotype the South thanks for saying u like it, I guess that means you get the meaning behind it and didn't assume I'm FOR spanking pregnant girls - one time I was accused by 2 ppl of being a homophobe on DiaperedAnime for uploading a drawing of a boy in a dress getting diapered. There seems to be a paradox here. There was a lot less violence in society when there was corporal punishment in schools and home. Now there is a lot of violence in society when corporal punishment is banned or at least frowned upon. I believe smacking or even paddling/caning when as a last resort and not over done, ie not extreme or violent is beneficial to teach yng ppl not to go too far wrong. This opinion has been formed by experience and what I see around me.

Honestly, I sincerely doubt that spanking is somehow the lynchpin behind it all, more than things like poverty and urban decay.
Interestingly enough, poor parents are much more likely to spank than middle-class or wealthy ones. Likewise, poor communities tend to have much more crime. My point? I'm not saying spanking is bad and causes crime. I'm saying spanking likely has no effect on crime rates one way or the other.
Well how come there was less violence in society when more ppl were very poor in the past? Of course, I'm not saying that being poor was a good thing, far from it. Incidently, violence among middle class and wealthy kids seems to be increasing too. BTW I hate the idea of paddling pregnant mums too. That is so wrong.
