Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

I most certainly used a certain meme reference for the bottom-left panel.
In this page its a bit clearer that the character design of the villain also uses a few Delinquent themes, the torn sleeves, the traditional shoes, the biker-slogan, etc. I had this idea that the central horn of his crown would form the centre-piece of his Delinquent Mohawk. I think it works, but I am not, alas, the final critic.

That mask he is wearing, is that a modified medical mask ? That would be kinda funny, making it seem as if he's worried about all the ash and pollution from down below. Or maybe that's for all the pollution and ash above ground ? Either way works. ^^

Great work so far, RoBM. Power Rangers (and from what I could tell from the one episode, Zyurangers) are so cheesy that a silly spanking comic is right up their alley. I do hope you finish this. I love spanking comics, but they're relatively rare, and completed comics are even rarer.
